Called to have my acura repaired after a collision. Was told by Mike that he had plenty of time to get it done. He asked to see the estimate to be sure there wasnt heavy frame work, and there isnt.
After waiting 4 addititional days to hear back, he calls and says he’s got too much going on.
Now, over a week into my rental, I have to find a new shop.
Extremely disapponted in the level of service and professionalism.
