Poor quality product(a number of cards in my batch that were completely messed up and company did not offer to replace or refund me for them), poor communication with customer service(did not indicate various scratch off card sorting options and took 12 days to solve customer service issues, only after multiple emails from me). I received a thank you card in the mail during the time of all these issues touting their quality products — which rubbed me the wrong way since I was waiting and waiting to hear back with a resolution. Finally, refunded me the shipping cost, which fell short of resolving all of the issues; I would not do business with them again. UPDATE Dec 2015 — Keith, I did write you(directly) and your team, about 12 separate times. The last was August 5, 2015 and no one responded. You were copied on some of the correspondence. A credit was promised and a credit was never received. I just emailed you all of the past correspondence.
