Listen. I’m sorry, but this place is terrible. Like, Paul Blart Mall Cop 2 bad. The food — if you want to call it that — is so bad that our family decided if the end of the world was imminent, and the only food left was provided by Rasta Pasta, then we would choose extinction. Spare your money. Save your taste buds. And God speed to those who choose otherwise.

It was very unclean there was very little service and one of the employees broke most of the dishes and was aware of breaking them the silver ware still had food on it was a VERY long wait. Waited for an hour and a half. There were not enough employees in the kitchen. One employee touched the dirty dishes and didn’t wash his hands when he touched the clean dishes … The employees were goofing off a lot too. There were crumbs on the seats and the table still had food from the other customers. Do not recommend going to Rasta Pasta.

My wife and I tried to eat dinner at Rasta Pasta on January 26, 2014. The two of us walked in and I immediately noticed how dirty the place looked. We waited to be seated for about five minutes even though there were empty tables. Finally one of the employees came up to us and asked if we were two for dinner. We said, «yes» and he told us it was about a 30 minute wait. We weren’t sure what that meant until another customer told us that he meant 30 minutes before our order would be taken. Evidently there were two employees working that night. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere and won’t be back.

This is a hidden gem. Came in just before 6 when everywhere had a 2 hour wait and you can got right in and out. The service was good and friendly but the 2 employees working were overwhelmed when the rush hit but they did an excellent job and more wait staff arrived shortly as we were leaving. We got the rasta pasta, spaghetti knuckles, and montego bay chicken and it was all very delicious. I recommend them all! I wil definitely come back!

I used to go here 3 years ago regularly when I lived in the area and loved it so when I was in town this week I made sure to get my regular, Chicken Montego bay. It was awful! The vegetables we way over cooked and soggy, the chicken was boiled shredded chicken, and they forgot my pineapple in the dish. To make matters worse when I opened my salad it was just wilted lettuce and warm pineapple… I would consider this a fluke and a bad cook night but based on the recent reviews and the facts the place was dead at 6:30 when everywhere else was packed, I think Rasta Pasta needs a new cook and possibly some better management to faster react to situations when they start going down hill.

I really enjoy Rasta Pasta. They have some very creative dishes. I’ve tried a few that I thought, I’m going to regret this; it can’t be a good combination,” and then was quite pleasantly surprised. Its worth a try!

Cute tables! Unfortunately, came across a silverfish under the glass of our table. Hope one didn’t hop into our plates while we were chatting. Eek! Pasta and chicken– eh. Good size but taste was meh.

Honestly, horrible food. Maybe I ordered the wrong dish, the Sundro. The pasta was under cooked, tasted like they opened a can of sundried tomatoes and dumped it in(oil and all) then put a few graped into a pan a said here you go. Worst meal ever. The only thing edible was the garlic bread. Ate four bites and throw the rest away.(It was a to go order) I didn’t think it was possible to mess up pasta but I was proven wrong. If the name of the place has padta in it you’d ecprct them to atleast get that part right. Seriously worst $ 10 I have EVER spent.

We stopped here for lunch. I had Rasta pasta and my wife had the spicy jammin. Both entrées came with garlic bread which treated fine. The Rasta pasta was drenched in sauce and the jerk chicken did not have much«jerk» flavor. The sauce was good but it wasn’t that spicy even though it had a two pepper rating(the highest). The spicy jammin had better flavor in the sauce over all. The shrimp treated good and the dish want as drenched I’m sauce. Both dishes had noodles that were Al dente. It was bad but I prefer the pasta be more done. The server was friendly but was slow even though out want that busy. Overall, it was a present experience and the food was decent, but I probably will not return if I visit Breckenridge again.

Every time we come in here we always have a good laugh and great food. Rasta. Pasta is for the open minded, so if you’re looking for some stuffed shells or spaghetti and meatballs, you won’t find it here. The mystic dish Is a wonderful blend of pineapple curry with penne pasta. Very different indeed. Great smile on our waitress and humor from the chef goes a long way in our book. Thanks mon!

Who doesn’t like a Rasta pasta? They have a dish with bananas and grapes in it with pasta! Crazy you say? Crazy delicious maybe! Their spicy jammin is also a favorite of mine. Regardless of the location(they have restaurants in Breck, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins) The food is always of equal quality. The Rastafarian theme is also fresh with bright colors and a super friendly atmosphere. Staff are always very nice. The hungry kitten says: Hit the Rasta Pasta in Breck after you’re done skiing or snowboarding for the day!

Here’s the deal. You’re in a mountain town, usually it’s either high winter season or high summer season. There are all kinds of expensive food options, but this is one of my favorite lower-priced joints. You can carb load(and you will because the portions are HUGE) on the cheap, you can run into band members from the Dead Kennedy’s prior to them playing a show down the street, you can view all kinds of fish in the aquarium, and you can chug a number of beers and wines along with your carbs and sauces. Is it the best food or pasta you’re gonna find? No. Is it better than a Mac Grill? Probably not, but it’s a local dirtbag joint, the food is decent, and you get a buttload for little in a town where getting anything for just a little ching is tough.

I am unsure how the food tastes, but a single to go order has took around 75 minutes and with the order in at 8:15 pm during the Holiday season. They only seem to have chicken here as a meat, which is off putting. I was compensated a soda while I was waiting though, however I was not given a salad in my to go order. I would strongly advise against going here if the place seems busy at all, they clearly cannot handle numerous customers and there are better restaurants within walking distance.

Not the greatest pasta around, but for a treat. if you like sweeter pasta. try the Tortellini Jamaica Mon. It’s pretty darn tasty. Here’s the break down: ricotta filled tortellini spices onion pineapple bananas simmered together in a lighter broth. I really like this dish… although it’s been altered over the years. .it used to have purple grapes instead of pineapple. I prefer the grapes. None the less, fun mellow place to grab a nice meal with friends or family while in Breck.

Great pasta on the cheap, good drinks, and decent service. Always packed for a reason. Many of the dishes are definitely on the spicy side, so if you have a mild-mannered palate you might opt to have them tone it down a tad. That said, I always get the signature Rasta Pasta(add sausage) and a local beer. Certainly recommended.
