Décor is great. Food is authentic. Enjoyed the lavender lemonade and authentic Czech drink. The kids meals are a great value and our kids really enjoyed them. Staff is friendly. My husband enjoyed the rabbit dish.

An elegant place with very good service. The food was amazing and very rich but we all licked our plates clean because the food was too good to waste. And even though we came in at 8:45pm and they close at 9pm they seated us with no hesitation and answered all our questions about the dumplings. Great place to eat highly recommend!

I took my family here tonight. My daughter and I had the Svickova my daughters boyfriend had the Schnitzel and My husband had the Beef Goulash. All were most excellent! The wine and the Pilsner we had with our meal was perfect! Lovely atmosphere and very modern décor. The photos of the sights of the Czech Republic fit well with the atmosphere. The restrooms were very well maintained, clean with modern fixtures. I’d give a 6th star if I could because the manager actually knew of my husband’s favorite hockey player from the Czech Republic – Vaclav Prospal. We definitely will come here again the next time we are in Breck

Dishes here was good sized and loaded with unique flavor. I have never tried this food genre before but the goulash was extremly hearty and tasty. Just the thing to warm me up before we went out for some dog sledding. The wine list and drink menu seemed great and the lunch prices was decent for the area. Def worth a try if your in the neighborhood and looking for something a little more adventurous outside of the traditional american joints in the area.

We did not know what Czech food was so this was a little tiny adventuresome for Lakewood CO suburbanites. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent and very friendly. Katerina was an awesome hostess! Dan from Colorado Springs was also awesome.

This is a great getaway from the otherwise frenetic mountain town experience. The service is excellent and the dishes are presented extremely well. I highly recommend the rabbit dish.

Absolutely try it A very — VERY pleasant experience Much better than we would have thought Interest menu, strong service, presentation is robust, and the overall experience is solid Some opportunities for improvement might be visible, but I think the good will very quickly outweigh those items I think this is a nice option even if you are only in town for a long weekend

Had the worst experience here! Visited Colorado with the family for Valentine’s Day weekend! Made reservations over a month back for dinner for ten people. Called a week ahead to reconfirm and then they called me on the same day at 5:00 pm to reconfirm for my 7:00 pm appointment! As my sister is pregnant and had some discomfort we waited for her to take like 5 extra minutes to get ready! We made it at 7:12pm and the lady said she gave our table away! 12 minutes later! She claimed they have a grace time of 10 minutes, so essentially she gave away our table in 2 minutes?!! She was so rude! If she is representative of the service that the restaurant has, I am glad we didn’t go!

Wow! Czech food in the US! So excited to have found this place on our visit to breckenridge. It is nice decorated in modern clean style with beautiful photograph prints of czech republic attractions. The service was great, we were during a quiet time, so everything came out pretty quickly. Food was deliscious! Those truffle fries… still reminiscent about them, almost two months since we’ve been there. Duck pâté was so good! Schnitzel was very good, flavourful goulash and the dumplings(which I usually dislike) were made in a way that made them flavorful with some gravy in them, not just a big ball of dough that chokes your arteries. Very impressed with the czech-austo-hungarian dishes. One minus is the lack of variety of czech beers. Would have loved some Kozel!

After reading all the good reviews I’m hugely disappointed. Either people lower their expectations on vacation, or the kitchen had one bad day, but my meal was definitely not up to the average of 4 stars this place has. I had Svickova. The meat was bland and tough, definitely not cooked long enough. The vegetable mush it was in was overly sweet. The dish came with 3 rounds of soft mushy bread that didn’t have any flavor, and dipping it into the overly sweet vegetable mush didn’t make it taste better. One of my friends had gnocchi with chicken and wasn’t impressed either. He said the chicken was too tough and didn’t taste right. The 2 people who got goulash and rabbit actually enjoyed their meats, but those came with horrendously over sugared red cabbage that ruined the whole dish. They also had those soft bread rounds and didn’t finish them. There were mashed potato balls served with the rabbit that didn’t add to the dish either. All of us actually enjoyed the appetizers(hence the second star): mushrooms and baked Brie, but for the starting price of $ 20 per dinner plate the main course could have tasted better. Tough beef and unreasonable amounts of sugar ruined it for me.

What a great meal! Our friends lived in Slovakia for a bit and loved this as well. Apps: duck pâté was great, soup of the day was a spinach cream and really really tasty. Also had the cheese and sausages, both yum. Entrees: veal schnitzel was very light and crisply but still tender. Stuffed chicken got a thumbs up. Rabbit confit was devoured(and the braised cabbage was perfect). The beef loin was the winner though, the bread dumplings and gravy were stunning! Good drinks and wine list, we will be back!

This is a beautiful restaurant on the 2nd floor of the building at the end of main street. The service was prompt & efficient — I booked via Unilocal & they found the booking right away. We were seated by the window which was very nice. The beautiful lighting inside added an elegance to this place. Our waiter was friendly & attentive. I had the Svickova: The beef was very tender. I wasn’t sure about the sweet gravy at first but it grows on you. The bread dumplings are very special indeed. They tasted good with the sauce. The pork of confit with garlic was amazing! The potato was so smooth too. Red cabbage was a little sweet for my taste. We ordered the apple strudel for dessert. It was really average. The filling was really dry and there were more raisins than apples. Slight let down. All in all a great experience.

We celebrated our adult daughters birthday with a great meal at Czech it out and were not disappointed. The Confit Pork was deliciously prepared and had a stunning presentation served on top of braised red cabbage. My wife enjoyed the Veal Schnitzel while my daughter devoured the Svickova. The contemporary décor was warm and inviting and provided a great atmosphere for our special night out in Breckenridge. The only downside was service was a bit slow due to staffing issues. We would gladly return for another special meal.

Excellent place to try while in town. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly service is easy to be comfortable. We started with the baked brie, which is totally amazing! Definitely recommended. I decided to go with the Confit rabbit which was a very good decision and paired very well with a glass of Cabernet. If you are up for something a little different and a good hearty meal after a day on the slopes then give this place a try.

The food was authentically delicious, ample beyond what I expected for smack dab right in the heart of Breck, and the service was very good. We had a party of six and no one was disappointed. Plus, two of the party took food home because the portions were that big! Do yourself a favor and have a wonderful dinner with some friends at this well-run establishment that I hope stays at Breck for a long, long time!

Very good veal schnitzel, the potato salad and onion strings are all amazing. The potato salad has bacon and the schnitzel was golden. The staropramen beer wasn’t my favorite but it’s worth a try. Fast and friendly service too!

This is a great addition to Breck. The interior is beautiful. There’s a patio on the roof, but sadly we did not get to partake. We had made reservations, but not specified the roof(didn’t know it was there) and it was already full when we arrived. We started with the«soon to be famous» sausage plate. Definitely tasty. My schnitzel was wonderful, though it could have been just a touch thinner. The potato salad that came with it was some of the best I’ve ever had. Friend had the confit of pork and was not very thrilled. Schnitzel was definitely better. And, next time I’ll have to try the goulash. We also had numerous Czech Wonders(no, we were not driving anywhere, so it was ok). OMG what a wonderful drink. You seriously must try. I’m sure word will get out about this place and one day it will be just as packed as some of the restaurants more central to town. But for now, you can likely walk in and get seated right away which is a nice bonus.
