I’ve been using Cleaning People of Summit for several months for a 4 bedroom condo up here. I have been incredibly pleased with them! They let me know when they are getting low on toiletries so I can get more, and when they have back to back cleans they let me know when they are finished so I know it’s ready for check in. I always inspect after they clean and they’ve always done a great job picking up. Jennifer has always been very responsive and is well aware of my unit and what is going on with it. They are slightly more expensive than a couple of other bids I received, but it’s worth the extra money. I highly recommend them!

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before using Cleaning People of Summit. Not only are they very expensive — once they clean they add on «extra» charges that initially said were included! I went ahead and used them thinking they would do a good job since they were not only expensive but also a private company (vs. the association). If they dusted at all they did a very poor job — complaints that top of refrigerator was filthy as well as other furniture. Then to add insult to injury they don’t show up for almost two weeks to clean in spite of my frequent calls and emails. Then when they finally respond they say they tell me they can no longer clean my condo!
Expensive — Unreliable — Poor Quality: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
