Starbucks

I recently had consistently poor experiences at another Starbucks nearby. I switched up my drive so I could pass by this one instead and I am very glad to always receive great service.
Amber was my barista today and she was delightful, even after admitting she had a loooong morning (it was 10:30 at this point and she had been there since 4!) I would hope that all Starbucks baristas would model their pleasant and cheerful attitude after her.
Great job Amber, someone give this girl a raise!

This Starbucks location is pretty small, but pretty nice. Items in a busy shopping center in Brea, and if you come at the wrong time, it’s hard finding parking. This Starbucks has almost everything you can find at any other locations. Unfortunately, the only drawbacks is that seats are hard to find here and there is no drive through. Other than that, this place rocks. The staff here is really nice (Chris is always awesome, especially in the mornings!). I love coming to this location in the morning on the way to work. It’s conveniently located close to the 57 freeway entrance, so it’s easy to just jump on the freeway after grabbing a cup of coffee.

Accidentally found this Starbucks while driving in the plaza to go to Total Wine. I was actually looking for Starbucks nearby because I found more than five within a mile but oddly, I couldnt find any. Then here I come to go to Total Wine and found it.
This particular statbucks is pretty small. But they do have everything you need. Actually quite many tables and chairs to study if you are staying here for awhile AND also restroom. I placed a mobile order just because I received an email saying that I can get an extra star if I do so. My drink was ready less than 2 minutes. Though the Barista who made my drink clearly didnt get my order when it has a sticker saying Iced Green Tea with Light Ice. She first said it was iced passion tea then iced green tea lemonadr and said iced green tea. I asked for light ice but she did not accomodate that either.
However, the guy working at the register was very polite and nice. I askes to get a refill later and he said something about not being sure about policy on giving refills on mobile orders but he still got it for me.
