Sam Nowak and Sons Construction

I have hired Sam Nowak and Sons Construction Company three times. I could not be happier with the results of all the jobs they have done for me and my family. The first job they added 600 square feet, a kitchen, a master bedroom and two bathrooms. The second was a complete change of all original windows to double pane energy efficient vinyl windows. The most recent job was a complete kitchen remodel for a home we have just recently purchased.

From drawing the plans, working with the city, to the final product, all three jobs cannot have gone any smoother.

I especially like how they minimize the dust to the other parts of the house and clean up at the end of each work day.
It certainly was a pleasure working with Sam and Tim Nowak. I have referred them many times to my friends and family.
