Quality Comfort Mattress

I have never thought highly enough of a place to leave a review, so here’s my first! I was so incredibly impressed with Hus and their team. I bought a brand new bedroom set, I even made a mistake and ordered the wrong bed size, but the customer service was outstanding and that is hard to find anymore. They replaced my bed within 1 day!!! Everyone was incredibly friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this place to everyone. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience!

The manager, Nael, was helpful and friendly. The mattresses were comfortable and nice. Only thing to note was that delivery of the mattress was slightly an issue, but overall I would recommend this place!

We have been looking for a bed frame for a while… didn’t find any success until we came to this place. The service here in awesome! Nael is super patient and helpful. He went through catalogs with us so we would find the best bed frame and the one we liked the best. All the other places we went to would rush us out and we were pressured to spend a ton of money. This was not the case here… We are very happy with everything and would recommend Nael and this store to anyone else.

Just bought my first ever mattress from these folks and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase! Store manager was very helpful and patient in helping me decide on what type of mattress I wanted. They also have great prices you won’t find anywhere else. Believe me, I looked around.

I would just like to start off by saying how nice it was to go into a mattress store and not feel like I was being pressured into purchasing something. Laid back and knowledgeable staff. The location is easy to find and has a pretty large selection of really good mattresses, bed frames, and other furniture. I ended up getting an excellent deal on a great bed. I can’t wait to get it delivered. If you’re in the market for a new bed, do yourself (and your wallet) a favor and check this place out. I know I will be back

I had a great experience with Quality Comfort. As you know, buying a mattress is a very important purchase. I went in multiple times and had a pleasure of meeting all 3 brothers. They were all responsive, professional, and knowledgeable guys. Nael is the manager there and he was so helpful, I ended up buying the entire bedroom set. Nael gave me a great price and set up the delivery like a pro. I thought the delivery process would be an asspain since we have a spiral staircase and a king size bed would not fit through it. Nael came out with a crew of people and got the job done fast. They were also very good with the setup and cleanup. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Quality Comfort!

After spending most of my day driving around to different Mattress Stores this was the first store that I was greeted quickly and friendly. The store manager spent about 30 minutes with me reviewing all the options available to me, and also explained the deals they were having. I felt that this store was extremely knowledgeable and also means business when it comes to customer service. I ended up buying a mattress and bed frame from them. I am extremely happy with both products.

My brother got accepted to Cal State Fullerton however we’re originally from Virginia. Needed to help him set up his apartment searched online and found quality comfort. they advertised the lowest prices skeptical at first however decided to stop by and check it out for myself. To my surprise I found an amazing store with great customer service and great prices!

One day, a few weeks back, my gf and I spent all day looking for a new bed. We visited many big box store and as many know, it’s a painstaking process. On our way home, we happen to pass by a store next to Brea mall and had the word «mattress» written on the front so we thought what the hell.
Came and was greeted by Nael, who happened to be the manager of the store which we also found out was an expansion store of their location in Fullerton. Nael showed us around the store trying out different mattresses and explained everything thoroughly. He offered us a great price on a great mattress that would have cost a lot more elsewhere. packaged it with a great deal on a bed frame as well and we were sold. He was also nice enough to hold our merchandise while we got our place ready for delivery. Once we were ready, called him up and set up a time. The delivery team came promptly within the delivery time window and got everything setup super quickly as well :)
Over-​all, a great experience shopping at Quality Comfort Mattress and will be coming back again if we need anything else. Give them a try, you might just find the bed you’re looking for at a great price :)

Id like to start by saying thank you quality comfort for giving me an amazing experience. From the moment we stepped into the store until now we are truly pleased. The first time we went in here we were doing our comparison shopping. (Any mattress buyer would do). Let me save you time and tell you we went to 6 of there competitors in brea and not one store there came even close to there pricing. The second time we went in we were ready to purchase our mattress. We also decided to go with a complete new bedroom set. We got one amazing deal so we were a little hesitant on the quality even though we were told everything was solid wood. Once our mattress & furniture was delivered we were astonished. I can promise you this quality comfort, you have earned our future business for life. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! Our son needs a new mattress and we will back!!! Thank you!!!

I usually only rate restaurants, but this is an exception. I went to a ton of stores looking for a new mattress, laid my head on everything regardless of price (up to a $ 4,500 model) including adjustable beds. Memory foam, traditional coil, latex, hybrids, I tried it all. After awhile I ruled out what I didn’t want (coil and memory foam) and settled on latex, but how to choose? After awhile to a certain extent they all started to feel the same, so I figured I was looking at price. $ 2,500 for a big heavy chunk of foam on some level just felt… wrong. I don’t care what the sales people tell you, it’s still foam! Then I found these guys by accident when I was dropping off my dry cleaning. A family business, they offered me a deal in exchange for some word of mouth advertising and future customer loyalty. Well, they earned it. Sold me a Spinal Care latex hybrid for A LOT less than I would have spent elsewhere for a better known name brand, then threw in free delivery, setup and pillows. Then to top it all off they made me a deal on a bed frame that my wife wanted (and assembled it in my bedroom for free in a disturbingly short amount of time). All that, and I still paid hundreds less than I would have for the mattress alone from another store. Great price, great product, great service. Next time I need a bed I can’t imagine even walking into a competitors store (especially Sit n Sleep and their annoyingly aggressive commission based sales style), I’ll just come here and let them take care of me cause that’s what they do, they take care of you. If you need a mattress run, don’t walk to these guys.

I love this furniture store! They have the best furniture to choose. I got my bed set and couch for my room. I was going for the clean modern look! And that’s definitely what I got! Super satisfied. There was so much to choose from and they also have the latest trendiest furniture. The service from the men the employees as well was on point. I had next day delivery and the delivery men were nice and spoke perfect English. Definitely recommend!
