Horrible horrible service. I’m very surprised that Footlocker hasn’t addressed the issue that they obviously have with customer service. I came in hoping to return a pair of shoes that I had order online. I asked one of the guys about it and he was willing to help. He said it would work out if I had the invoice on my email. One of the other guys came out from the back and rudely told me that he needed a hard copy of my invoice or else he’s not going to take the return. He was extremely rude and short. He basically told me that if I didn’t have it I would have to come back another time and there was nothing l else I could do. He didn’t offer me any solutions and did not explain any policy to me. I called footlocker later and they gave me several options for returns. He was both unclear and unfriendly. Then he looked to his colleague and said, «LOL» and said nothing else as we walked away. I’m very uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. Normally, I don’t mind coming back another day or shipping my return, but being rude and unprofessional is rather upsetting.

Guys that work here are incredibly rude and off-putting. I came in wanting to get 2 pairs of shoes, the first guy who asked for me size was being difficult and kept asking which felt better and I was still trying one on. When I asked the other guy why they didn’t carry one of the rosche runs in pink for women, he asked me to look at the men’s wall, and the women’s wall, and tell him what’s different about them. Sir. I came to buy some shoes not answer your questions. A simple answer is all i needed. He walked away after explaining that women want black and white and men want color. Ok… It was just odd, I heard the other one laugh when he went back there and it created a tense vibe, so I walked out. I will not be returning.

Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I work in retail and I understand returns can be annoying, but an employee named Ulysses told me I could not return an unworn pair of shoes that I had the receipt for and was purchased five days prior. He told me that it would be an inconvenience for him to add it into inventory and that I had to return it at another location. When I responded that it would be an inconvenience for me to go to another location he told me «well I won’t do it». I will never purchased from Footlocker again. I had to call the customer service number on the receipt and the rep asked me to return to the store and hand Ulysses my phone so she could ask him to return it. At this point he went in the back office WITHMYPHONE and when I asked him to stand where I could see him on my phone he ignored me. I had such a terrible experience I would never recommend anyone to purchase shoes from this company. Customer service somehow got him to return the shoes but when I looked at my credit card statement I realized they did not give me the exact amount I paid.
