On July 22, 2014, I purchased hearing aids from Dobrik Hearing Care in Brea. I was told (and given in writing) that they could be returned within 30 days if they didn’t «work out.» In fact, Mr. Dobrik informed me that the 30 days didn’t matter, he wanted me to be happy.
I returned the hearing aids on August 28, 2014 prior to any payments due from Allegro Acceptance. Nevertheless, Allegro Acceptance still took until November 13th! to refund 2 payments of $ 390 ($ 780) for a product already returned.
To Mr. Dobrik’s credit, he contacted Allegro at least twice to get them to process the refund.
While Mr. Dobrik was very professional, avoid any financing or anything to do with Allegro – you’ll be sorry if you have any problems.

My hearing was deteriorating and was causing a problem with my business contacts. Joe Dobrik corrected this with state of the art hearing aids. His personal service and superior follow up is greatly appreciated and unusual in today’s business environment. I recommend Joe to anyone who is experiencing a loss of hearing.
