Added 3 pictures of my husbands shoes. I had asked the owner if he could replace the black stretched out fabric. He said yes. This is what I got back. Glue all over the fabric and it was stitched back with extra fabric sticking out on top. I’m not even sure this fabric was replaced as my husband said it was looser than when I took them in! I was going to surprise him with his favorite shoes fixed. Guess not. NOT happy with the result. I want my money back. Going to the store tomorrow. I’ll update my review after.

My girlfriend’s Ugg boot had a tear in it so we took it here to be repaired, you be the judge. WTF!

This shoe repair shop re-soled my husbands black loafers with a rubber, not leather sole. Although the work appeared to be professional, the price was shocking. I was quoted between $ 40-$ 60 over the phone and was charged $ 70.00. I don’t think I paid $ 70 for the shoes new. Get an estimate of cost in writing before he performs the work!

Young is the owner and has over 40 years experience. Had some real bad scuffed up boots and he made them look brand new. His prices are reasonable and he often has many shoes and handbags for sale that he makes them look new from the Goodwill store next door. My wife loves his dedication to detail too when he fixed her purse.
