Aspen’s Cleaning Service

We were referred to Aspen by a friend. She had been our housekeeper for almost a year. She was always polite and accommodating to special cleaning requests. Prices were competitive. Cleaning was great, but not perfect.
Up until recently, I would have rated 4 – 5 starts. Sadly, the last 1 – 2 months of working with Aspen went completely downhill. We had a couple scheduling conflicts or misunderstandings, so she didn’t show up when I was expecting her. I could live with those honest mistakes as it was no one’s fault, really.
BUT, I could not look past the fact that she literally flaked 2 – 3 times consecutively. Two times was due to her assistant calling in sick or being MIA. Aspen followed-​up with an apology stating that she would fire that employee and she would offer me a complimentary service to make-​up for the inconvenience.
We had scheduled our next appointment. Again, a «NO SHOW.» I texted her several times to ask her to confirm the appointment, but I never heard back. Not that day, not ever.
Unfortunately, due to the rapid degradation of service, we decided to no longer use Aspen’s service. If she hadn’t been so unprofessional in the end, we’d still be using her.
Now, we need to go through the trouble of finding a reliable, cost-​effective, trustworthy, and effective cleaner. Based on personal experience, this is like trying to find a unicorn.

I needed a cleaning right away because I was moving out and the place was a mess. I made last minute calls all around and was able to get ahold of Aspen. She was amazing. She works fast and diligently, but is sweet and friendly if you do converse with her. She does a great cleaning and you can trust her not to slack or cut corners. I genuinely feel she has great methods of getting your house clean in the quickest manner. I would recommend to a friend. I will be using her services again, I was extremely pleased with the service and the price.

I have used many cleaning services in the past to clean my 3 bedroom home and so I think I can say when someone is doing a good job. Aspen has been nothing but professional. She shows up on time and she moves effectively through the house not missing a spot. I have 2 levels of wood floors, 1 floor carpet and plenty of windows and she still manages to clean from top to bottom quickly and efficiently doing laundry, dusting you name it. All for an affordable price. I would definitely recommend Aspens cleaning service.

Absolutely, the best cleaning service I’ve ever had. Cleans both of my properties in OC and in Temecula. When I get more, Aspens will be who I call! Went through so many other services, rude, shoddy, inflexible. Not Aspens. They are amazing! 5 stars, well earned.

I had been using Aspen’s Cleaning Service since moving to Orange County a few years ago, but not any longer. I am very particular about the quality of my cleaning services and went though a number of other providers before finding Aspen. At first the cleaning job was always prompt and thorough, and I couldn’t have been happier. Unfortunately both the reliability and quality of services have noticeably declined. There have been many late arrivals, sudden cancellations or forgotten appointments. I also noticed it was taking less time to clean my home and many areas needed another going over afterward. I stuck with the service for a year or more out of loyalty hoping things would turn around, but finally had to move on. The rates are competitive, but you get what you pay for.
