Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Uline recommended them for warrenty repair. They came and picked up our wine fridge and told us it was under warrenty. Also informed us it would take a month. Six weeks later, wife called to see when it would be done. They told her that it was done and they would drop it off during the next few days. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, they didn’t show. Wife called again and was told someone would be delivering the firdge that day, but that the repair was not under warrenty and it would cost $ 237. When we questioned their professionalism their response was, «it is what it is.» Uline’s response was, «sorry.» Will never buy a Uline appliance again. Recommend you not hire these people.

Tony came out to repair my Subzero, they’ve done other repairs for me, but not today. He said they can’t do the Sealed System, only certain Subzero repairmen can do, he charged me $ 85, and gave me the name of other co.

Allied came to service my dishwasher 3 ½ months ago. Last week the dishwasher became unfastened and tilted downward when opened. I am sure when they serviced the machine the first time, they did not properly fasten it in place. I called allied and they came out again. They charged me $ 163 to fasten the machine properly this time. What a rip off. I’m wondering if this is standard procedure to get another service call.
