To give this place a negative review is really hard for me to digest. Everyone at this location is always extremely nice the store is always clean and may you not forget that this used to be a liquor store that did not have all the conveniences and services as this store provides for our neighborhood. I come to this location 3 to 5 times per week and feel quite lucky to have a 7-Eleven so close to home. especially when you figure out that you ran out of milk bread eggs or you just going need to have a big super big gulp.

I have been coming to this 7 Eleven since it opened a few years ago. A majority of the employees are really friendly. Nikil repeats himself a lot, but once you get to know him you understand thats just the way he is and he is actually is very nice. I used to see him more often, but over the past year i have been coming in late, after 10PM which is after his shift. Sheel is very friendly and wise, thus i have come to know him very well, as he ran the graveyard shift up until a month ago. Now i only see Sheel a few times a month, bummer, as he was very friendly and kept me coming in. The new graveyard shift employee leaves a lot to be desired. He seems to care more about stocking the shelves than operating the register and getting to know the customers. He sees me almost every night and still does not know who i am. He is very strict, wont exchange lottery at all, even if its just to exchange ticket. He does not seem confident with using the system, register and lottery alike so it appears that he rather tell me its broken, or no money in the register. I get the money part, and never bring in large wining tickets to any store late night. But this guy is very cold and not friendly to regular customers. I was visiting this 7 Eleven every night, even sometimes 2 – 3 times throughout the day and night/early morning. Unfortunately, now due to the recent employee i have been visiting different 24 hour stores in my area in hopes someone will be pleased to gain a new regular. Before the past month, this 7 Eleven was an easy«4 stars», but new employment is negatively affecting this place.

The indian guy treats his customers like they are stupid and uneducated. «Pin Number, Cash back» Like we don’t know how to use a debit/credit card for God’s Sake! Tonight when i was getting my change ready he even said my total spelling it out! «22. 14» This guy needs to get fired. If he is so smart why is he workin at 7 – 11 and coverin his arse by not handing receipts out. I swear I’m gonna scream at him next time. He better shape up. Just fire him!

Kind of funny to review a 7 – 11 but they are so friendly here, why the heck not, especially that one guy, I think he’s the owners nephew. and have you had their donuts? 15 seconds in the microwave. bomb dot com.
