About the most honest truck repair I ever experienced.
One of our service trucks broke down within walking distance of this fine establishment which is about 80 miles from our shop in Pearland. Prime opportunity to get ripped off, right? No way, our experience was as good as it gets.
Our truck is a older super duty F350 Ford diesel, and the parts needed were from Ford only. Ken Wasek, the owner went through hell to get the right parts and tried to do his best to get us back on the road. He kept getting the wrong parts from Ford but kept plugging. Finally, he suceeded and got it done correctly. Not only did they mechanic right but he treated me very fair on the labor and to top it off, charged the Ford parts at his cost because of the delays.
This repair shop is a classic example of treating customers right whether they are strangers or not. I only wish they were closer to us so we could use them more often.
