Outstanding! Rick Todd did a fabulous job on our inspection. We had numerous specific concerns he discussed with us before the date of the inspection. He spent a good amount of time after the inspection explaining the primary issues that needed attention. He went out of his way to offer some easy solutions with some of the problems in the the home, and it was clear he had comprehensive knowledge in many areas such as construction to toxic mold.
One of our concerns was the roof; he had no problem walking the one-​story roof to check for issues, and many inspectors would not bother. You won’t find a better home inspector in the area and I highly recommend him.
