Infinity Cleaning

I am so impressed by Infinity Cleaning, starting with the easy-​to-​use website to get an estimate from the call that evening to schedule the window washing to the very thorough job! Alex was professional, thoughtful about protecting floors and furniture and very personable. I recommend the premier package if you can afford it (it includes screens).

We had an exceptional service with Alex and Infinity Cleaning. We had a complicated job and he did it beautifully. I can highly recommend without reservations.

This is the second year we have used Infinity Cleaning to clean our windows. As with the first time, Alex did a wonderful job! All windows are sparkling inside and out. All screens were removed, cleaned and replaced. There was virtually no intrusion, very neat, clean — no mess in the house. Arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Very professional! Will definitely be using them again — highly recommend!

To this day, I still recall how Infinity Cleaning went above and beyond my expectations. I felt that not only did I receive exceptional work, but the customer service was so reassuring. My father is severely allergenic, and when I tell folks the extent of cleaning that I need I tend to get that glazed-​over look and shotty service. Not only did I feel listened to, but also respected as a customer. And I am still so very thankful.
While Infinity Cleaning is currently limiting their span of cleaning services, I would gladly bet on them to provide the highest quality of work in any field of cleaning. You know why? Because they are thorough, which now a days is a lost art.
I’m a little surprised by the 1-​star rating from another Unilocal member. I think this person is truly an exceptional case, as when you read further in their review they admit they were not cleaning up after themselves for weeks on end, nor answering their own incoming phone calls. So I’m not entirely sure how anyone expects to have good exchanges under those conditions. She admits she was pregnant at the time, so perhaps it was hormones/​temporary insanity. :)
My interactions with INFINITY CLEANERS have been nothing but pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Infinity Cleaning said they would clean the little rental house we were leaving. They got there a few hours after they said they would start, appeared surprised to learn we had a basement, and decided the house was too messy. They left without cleaning anything. All of our transactions were over the phone – I had arranged to meet them at the rental house after work to look over their work and to pay them. Not sure what would have happened if I hadn’t been able to return calls from work, if they would have just left or done the work if they hadn’t been able to get in touch with me. They must have been in the house for an hour, just sitting around.
At any rate, I have no idea how Infinity Cleaning cleans. I do know that you should not count on them to behave professionally – we told them the house was messy, and they decided it was too messy for them to bother cleaning. They decided this several hours after they should have started cleaning on a Friday afternoon – not exactly the best time to go searching for replacements. They did not suggest anyone else for us to call when they were too chicken to take the job. We were both already running in circles with the move and work, I’m preggers and can’t cope with cleaning supplies, and they left us with no help at a very bad time. I think they were expecting a lightly-​used vacation home for a Friday evening cleaning, even though I was very clear that we lived there full-​time, and that the place was messy (we’d been moving out for a few weeks and not cleaning up after ourselves).
So, call them if you’re not in a rush and don’t have any deadlines to meet. Don’t call them when their services are crucial in any way.
