Had an issue and Ron from Zapp took care of everything. Go glad they were able to help.

We moved in a home on October 15^th 2015 and had a home inspection done.
On October 19^th Chip Heslin from Rodent-​Patrol came to my home asked to look in my attic (he was a neighbor from our old home) he told my husband and I that we had squirrels living up there and chewing through the wood. He then set 6 traps 3 had nothing in them. He then told my husband and I that we had 2 options, 1. is to wrap the house and put gutter guards on and 2 do all of the above and blow out the old installation. Against my better judgement we agreed on the $ 3250 expensive appose to the $ 8000 choice. Oh and he wanted the money up front. I said we do not give any money upfront my husband said since he was our old neighbor to give him ½ down. THe next day we called our realtor and told them about the issue and she told us to call the inspector immediately. He came out with a pest control company on Friday October 23 was up there quite some time came back and told my husband and I there was no signs of any active pest and 3 of the 6 traps had no bait. We called Mr. Heslin right away while they were here and he cussed them out and said he does not like being called a liar. He then later that day called our inspectors wife and threatened her. We called Mr. Heslin and told him to put the job on hold and that we wanted a 3^rd person non bias to come in. Monday October 26 another pest control company came in and told us the same thing. Unless we were doing this as preventative he saw no signs of any squirrels or any Rodents. We then called our old neighbor Mr. Heslin and told him we would not be doing the job and we would like a refund. He told us we has 3 days to cancel the contract. I told him as the president and neighbor he should to the right thing. it was been ample time for him to pay us back and he has not.
On Wednesday October 28^th I have a text from him that his supplier was picking up the gutter guards that Friday. Probaliy won’t credit his account till that Monday November 2^nd and would take up to 10 business days to show back up into his account. When it shows in his accounts when he will release the check. please do not contact me anymore I will contact you when I put the check in the mail. Oh and he said he was going to say a special prayer for me.
