They will call with a reminder the day prior, and even place another call when the technician is on his way over, so there’s no guessing what time to expect him. Our service man, T. Roy was friendly and a veteran of home appliance repair with over 20 years on the job. T. Roy took pride in his work, ensuring the repair is done correctly the first time, and he shared with me some common trends on my particular brand of dishwasher and gave me advice on what to look for next time I’m shopping for a new one. In addition to the repair he was doing, I mentioned the shut-​off valve that might have been acting up on occasion. So T. Roy put in a follow-​up visit to replace it.
Overall, I very pleased with the work and customer ServiceMax provided, it’s a solid company I would recommend to anyone needing a home appliance repair.
