Nope, I don’t live here. I do have a beautiful bed to sleep in if I ever need to here at my brother in-​laws. Château élan estates is a beautiful place to live. It’s definitely on the expensive end of luxury homes. It is home to a few sports players and a couple singers actresses /​actors, executives, and business owners
The custom built homes here range from ⁴⁄₇ bedroom or more. It consist of homes in different price ranges from Under a million and over. Mill creek high school, Osborne middle school, and Duncan creek elementary are the schools near by. All three are wonderful schools! My kids have been to all three. The entire subdivision is made up of several neighborhoods. The legends golf course is beautiful you can also stay at a golf villa for the weekend. The amenities are ENDLESS on this property.
