Clean rooms. Staff were not very knowledgeable. Pool and hot tub closed 5 of our 7 day stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and we were very disappointed with the service and quality of the hotel. The advertisement is very misleading. The hot tub and pool were nasty. There was trash sitting outside the rooms all weekend that no one ever picked up and stunk up the entire floor. We reserved a king bed with a jacuzzi and they put us in a queen room with no jacuzzi. They wouldn’t refund or discount anything. They called us at 1am and said we could move to a king room with a jacuzzi. Finally! We had been extremely upset about the whole ordeal. All in all, I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Not worth the hassle.

This place is a nightmare! First, no hair dryer or iron available to guests. Second, no housekeeping except every 3 days! No one bothered to tell us this when we checked in. The extra towels are stuffed above a toilet without a cover and they fall into the toilet. The sheets on the beds don’t fit and the beds get torn up… but no housekeeping to make the beds! Front Desk only answers the phone about every 10th time you call. This place is the biggest joke in Branson.
