This is awful, there is a 1 hour+ wait time for overpriced coffee. I can’t even believe how bad the staff is and they bully you if you ask them why it took so long and why it is so expensive.
One staff member told me, «We get paid nothing to do this job».

This Starbucks is situated quite well in Branson where everything happens. This might be its one disadvantage. In such a good location, whenever there are conventions, special events, or the tourist season is on, it can get crowded quite quickly and parking can be an issue.
That being said, the staff are hard-​working and great. They try to get to know you, especially when they see you’re a regular. The coffee is good and they have rotating specials all the time. I appreciate the effort they do and believe they should be paid more. They go above and beyond the call of duty with service. They have to be skilled in multitasking, too!

Every time I come here I wait 20+ minutes for a latte. It’s inexcusable and Starbucks needs to fix the problem. So if you’re desperate for a Starbucks by all means stop in, just know you’ll be waiting for a while.

It is what it is. A starbucks in the heart of the busiest area of Branson. Slow line, inefficient understaffed location. Don’t be surprised if they run out of things or if you have to lounge right next to the drive thru line if it’s a nice day.

My wife ordered a Smoked Butterscotch Latte Tall. The barista only put about an inch and a half of latte in the cup. Then just as she added the whipped cream to the top, the manager said that’s «that’s not enough». Then they looked at the cup with 1.5 inches of latte and 3 inches of whip cream, then stuck the lid on it and sent it out. This will be our last visit to Starbucks.

One of the worst three Starbucks drive thrus in the nation. Please please please fix it and have some urgency. Already a city with traffic jams but on slow days you had people backed way into the street blocking even more traffic on three different days.

Not sure if it is because of it being late night or busy intersection but this is the dirtiest starbucks i’ve ever been to. The snacks were long gone. Not normal starbucks standard. Restrooms were dirty with no papertowels. Lack of upkeep. Uncharacteristic of starbucks. My drink turned out ok so 2 stars

Normally good service and happy employees, be carful when they aren’t in a good mood or close to closing. Very busy store, being the only stand alone store in the area They are always busy but turn out drinks pretty quick I got snapped at when asking them about being out of a certain size cup. Sorry for asking Otherwise a great friendly Starbucks to visit

This is the best Starbucks in town. All the baristas here are super kind and sweet. They get to know you personally and will always go out of their way. I’d rather go here than anywhere else in Branson. The Starbucks stores inside Target or Countrymart mess up drink orders.

This location was packed on a Sunday morning. I didn’t mind the wait but I did mind when the cashier grabbed my cup from inside the rim while marking it. The supervisor noticed and asked him to stop grabbing cups that way. Despite her comment, she made no effort to replace my cup with a clean one. Keep in mind the person who handled the cup had been handling money a few seconds before. I wish she had been more proactive and replace the cup on her own.

Very clean & I loved the seating there because they ate facing the windows. Perfect for drinking coffee on a winter morning.
The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because the music was a little too loud to have a conversation.

Friendly staff even though the place was packed. Barista even took time to joke with us and make us smile. It did take a while to get drinks but they were slammed so it’s understandable. Drinks were good!

We showed up as the last customers of a holiday weekend; Sunday night at close of business. The barista immediately cautioned us that they were out of many of their regular products due to overwhelming business the last two days. His apologies were immediate and sincere.
Watching this guy «bend-​over-​backward» without breaking a sweat, to care for us at last moment of what had to be a most grueling shift was inspiring. He went above and beyond with enthusiasm I would have expected at the beginning of the day.
The food and drink were what you’d always expect from Starbucks. It was the SERVICE that inspired our gratitude. Needless to say, we were well cared for, and left happy.

Wasn’t happy with the speed; however, learned on customer order 14 drinks… and the staff handled with a smile. Some other customers may have been aggravated, but Kudos to the crew!

Worst Starbucks location I’ve visited by far. The staff seemed to be very unorganized and must not have had time to clean up considering the ridiculous amount of flies all over the place and trash covering the floors. Out of four of my family’s orders, two were not made correctly. My drink tasted good so that is really the only reason I’m giving them an extra star. My family had planned on sitting down and relaxing with our drinks but had to leave as we were too disgusted and annoyed by the flies. Avoid this location.
