Most hotels in Branson are so close to the road that there is no place to really stretch your legs. Not this place! This is a hidden gem right on the strip, but the hotel is at the back of the property so you get some privacy. The hotel is a little dated, but it’s almost retro now! If the hipsters ever got wind of this place, the compound would be covered with hover boarding men with buns. The one thing could improve on is the water pressure. I did that my shower at peak time, but the pressure was pretty weak. They have an outdoor pool that is heated in the winter next to a hot tub & sauna. This is surrounded by a pavilion with grills for your cooking pleasure. Speaking of food… they have not one, but two restaurants on the property! The steakhouse/seafood restaurant is the more«formal» date night one with steaks that will make you want to slap your momma. The pub is a cool dive with live bands, DJs and food & drink prices that are insanely CHEAP! Angel was our waitress both nights we went to the pub, she’s pretty awesome! The pub’s food & drink were much better than your average bar food. I could swim in their French fries… they were to die for! All of the food we ate was spot on from chicken tenders to hot sandwiches to sliders to catfish. Their daily special are priced super cheap! I’m in Branson twice a year and this will be my new place to stay!

Shame on anyone giving this place a good review. We stayed on 2nd floor and the room is tiny and outdated with a slow tub drain and you can hear every step someone takes on the OLD rickety balcony. We were up all night in a small low to ground lumpy mattress. Dusty lamps and you can see right thru the blinds! I could see in everyone’s room as I walked by. This is not basic. Basic is clean and quiet. We had a package for two nights but only stayed the one.

If you are looking for a basic hotel to call your home base, this is it. We used the grill and saved money on restaurants. Room was very small.

Nice place for the cost. The employees were friendly and helpful at check in. It is on the strip but away from the busy street. The pavilion by the pool has nice gas grills for patrons and a large covered area with plenty of tables. It’s a really nice addition to the property. The room was clean, had a nice tv and comfortable beds. My only complaint was the water pressure wasn’t the greatest and the shower head was pretty low. There is no microwave or fridge. The pub had live music at night too. It’s a really good deal for about $ 50 a night through Travelocity. I definitely recommend it for travelers on a budget.
