One of the best filet mignons I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked. The ahi tuna appetizer is also highly recommended. Our waiter was very professional and made this an excellent experience. Don’t leave without getting the butter cake for dessert!!! Overall, very highly recommended, the entire meal was flawless. We would absolutely come back here.

Atmosphere is incredible. Perfect place to dress up and take your wife on a romantic date in Branson. Calamari appetizer was the best we have ever had. Very tender and sauce was delicious. Wife loved Beef Tenderloin Tips. I loved my steak. I ordered the KC Strip. It was cooked extremely well. Great sear. I give 4 stars because steak was very salty. You’ll want something sweet to drink to counterbalance. Also the cut could have been a little better. Very tough fat at the last few bites that should have been cut off by the chef. You do not get sides with your entrée so you’ll need to order one to share. We got the fries. They were incredible.

We went during the week when it was not busy. I ordered a margarita and sent it back twice as it basically tasted like watery lemon lime. I finally gave up. All of us ordered the filet mignon. The meat itself was good but it was so covered with a spiced rub that you couldn’t taste the meat unless you scraped off the rub. We ordered one steak medium but it came well done. The creamed corn was overwhelmed with a smokey flavor that was supposed to come from the bacon but there was no bacon to be seen. We were completely underwhelmed and will not be going back.

Um, pretty good. I am between a 3 and 4 star. For the price, I expected a little more, but still enjoyable and worth stopping for a special occasion. My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner while we were in Branson for a few days in November. Our server was nice, but I found it a little odd that she kept serving my husband first. I am all about fairness of the sexes, so not a big deal to me, but it made my husband uncomfortable so he would keep passing me whatever she gave him first, then she would start to come around the table to me, realize he passed it over already and then go back… and she didn’t stop doing it. And again, not a big deal, just something of note. Especially since I pretty much did all the ordering and paid b/c I had our credit cards on me. But moving on from that, the food and drinks. We split the iceberg wedge, it was pretty good. For our main courses, my husband got the ribeye and I got the special fish which was cod over penne pasta with a cream sauce and we got a side of the garlic mashed potatoes. The ribeye was really good and cooked nicely with a great sear. We saw someone at another table ask for A1 sauce and I was horrified. I ordered the pan seared cod and was slightly skeptical of the cream sauce, but thought, hey there’s a chef back there he must know what he is doing right? Eh, not so much. While the cod was delightful and perfectly cooked, I had to balance the piece of fish on the side of my bowl so that it wouldn’t get soaked by the cream sauce and pasta it was over. I’m thinking maybe rice would have been a better idea. I ate a minimal amount of the pasta, but enjoyed the fish. The garlic mashed potatoes were really good. My husband got rum and diet so no big deal, but let me tell you about my cocktail… it was called Breeze something or something Breeze. it’s not on the online menu. It is sweet and spicy, it has jalapenos in it! It was so good. If you like a little spice, definitely order this. We passed on dessert because we were so full. Also the choose your knife thing was a bit odd, but whatever. I do recommend this place for a steak, nice atmosphere and tasty cocktails just don’t get the fish if it is over a bed of cream sauce pasta.

We chose this restaurant to get away from the predictable ones on the Branson tourist strip. We treat ourselves to five star restaurants on a regular basis, and consequently have reasonable expectations. The only reason for us giving the single star, was to thank the service staff. Our service was terrific, and if not for our server, and the manager, we would have been hard pressed to even give the one star. My husband and I split a «17 oz. boneless rib-eye», he had a Caesar salad, and I ordered the truffle fries. Drinks were fine and came quickly. Our problem occurred when our steak arrived. It looked fine, though a little thin. There was a lovely portion of herbed butter on top and some bernaise sauce on the side(as ordered). I ran the butter pat around on the beef to melt it and then split the order onto the two plates. The meat was somewhat hard to cut, and riddled with gristle. But the real surprise came with the first taste. The steak was so salty, I couldn’t stand to eat more than two small bites. My husband(who will eat anything) tried scraping the butter off hoping it was the culprit, then tried the bernaise, hoping to reduce the salty taste. He said that helped, but after a few more bites, he gave up. Looking at our plates, as we finished, there was steak left on both plates, and lots of gristle, as well. Our server was surprised to hear our comments, and immediately called for the manager. The manager graciously offered to adjust our bill, but I felt like that might appear as if we came to eat for«free». We declined her offer, paid our bill, and left. Our bill came to $ 83.41, and we left a generous tip for our server. We’re from Texas, and are used to «Prime» beef served in «5 Star» restaurants. The beef served here, certainly wasn’t «Prime», and probably not even«Choice». What a shame a Hilton hotel would offer such a pitiful piece of meat in one of their«better restaurants». Go somewhere else!

I am sure I read way too many reviews before I chose this place and I usually read the worst ones. Still looked like the best option in Branson. My wife and I both had filet’s and they were prepared very well. Side dishes were prepared well too. The ahi appetizer was very good and the presentation was good as well. They comped us dessert since it was our anniversary. The dessert were good(and large). I had crème brûlée and the wife had chocolate cake. I have no complaints aside from it being a bit pricey, but for a special occasion it was nice.

Best dinner we had while staying in Branson. It was a bit pricey but totally worth it. The food was outstanding. The Calamari appetizer is probably the best I have ever eaten. My wife and I shared a Caesar salad, it was a bit dry but was tasty and excellently presented. My wife had the petit filet and I had the prime rib; they were excellent, cooked just right. we also shared a crème Brule for desert which was just right. The wait staff was knowledgeable, courteous and anticipated our every need. we will be back.

After a week of eating hamburgers and pizza in Branson, MO, the grownups wanted a REAL meal. And we got it! This is a great steakhouse in the Hilton Hotel. Tastefully decored and service was wonderful and nice wine list. The petit filet was outstanding — go with the servers rec, he was spot on. My prime rib was juicy and cooked perfectly. The caesar salad was one of the best I’ve had, perfectly chilled and crisp. The kids’ meals were surprisingly a very good deal — about the same price at a regular restaurant and very large portions. There is also a coupon floating around for a free appetizer with two adult entrees — we had the tuna tataki and it was presented on a brick of Himalyen pink salt. Kids thought it was V Cool. Must order the butter cake — just get one as it is huge and can easily feed 4 – 5 people.

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had! I’ve done a search for the best steak house and so far Level 2 is hands down the best! The infrared oven really makes the steak. No toppings or sauces need for their meat. Anything you order on the menu will be excellent. Their salad dressings are top notch, and the butter cake is to die for! We have eaten here over 6 times and never been disappointed.

What can I say, I had such a great experience! I live in Los Angeles and wanted to treat my in laws to dinner for Mother’s Day, so I called to see if I could get a gift card over the phone and Laura and the entire staff was so helpful and friendly(not to mention taking every precaution to keep my credit card safe). My in laws said the food was incredible and the restaurant was very nice, They had such a nice time. Thank you Laura

Absolutely fantastic. My fiancé and I ate there tonight, atmosphere was beautiful, service was perfect, food was absolutely delish! Really enjoyed ourselves. Our server was Anthony, he was quite knowledgeable regarding everything and was quite nice and friendly. The only issue I had was when we got there, there was no host in front. And we had to go to the bar to get seated. Food is pricey but I consider it more of a fine dining experience. I highly recommend it. Wish I had taken pics of the food.

The steaks are amazing. My wife got the prime rib 12 ounce and it was gigantic. They make one of the best homemade prime ribs I’ve ever had. It comes with aujus and horseradish. They have a 16 ounce but I don’t know how you can eat it. I had the 28 day aged ribeye it was very very good but I would’ve rather had my wives prime rib I would highly recommend this place, the staff is great the food is great and the atmosphere is great. The price is pretty high but I had a great experience and great food so I believe it was worth it. They also have a awesome steak knife selection to choose from which I have never had at any restaurant. It was pretty neat.

Food was delish! Service was nothing to write home about. That being said, they were short staffed. There were four or five parties in the restaurant(none had more than four people), one server, and one cook(I think). This restaurant being in the hotel meant they also had to fill room service orders. Some people waited over an hour for their food. We had a long wait but soon after we were seated we found out about the staffing issue. I’m sure if they were more forthcoming and informed everyone about the staffing issue, it would not have been an issue. Unfortunately, they didn’t say anything about it for some time, and there were many unhappy patrons.

All the reviews are true: this is a great steakhouse. I ordered the petite filet mignon and trio of side dishes(garlic whipped potatoes, lemon butter carrots and sautéed mushrooms). Everything was great. Service was slow at the beginning and the waitress apologized, but once I ordered was pretty quick. Definitely you have to come here!

I had dinner with my wife and father to celebrate my 40th birthday. There are not a lot of celebration places in Branson so I decided to try this place. We started with drinks. My wife got the Sangria which was one of the best I’ve ever had. My caipirinha was ok, not mixed well and had an odd aftertaste. We also ordered a shrimp cocktail and a special sea bass app. The sea bass was amazing but the cocktail was like a like of things on the menu, good but overpriced. It’s a common theme with this place. My wife also got the L2 salad which was fairly bland. For entrees I got the filet which was cooked just like I ordered. It was a good but not great steak that greatly needed the butter and chive topping I added. For sides we ordered the mushrooms, carrots and asparagus. The carrots were tasteless. After one bite I was searching for the salt. The asparagus was tiny and just ok. Mushrooms good. None of the portion sizes matched the prices. Our dessert choices of the signature butter cake and crème brûlée were another highlight. The butter cake was one of the best I’ve had– but at $ 13 way too pricey. The brûlée was flavorful but did not have enough density. Overall. This is a good place that likes to charge like its a great place. Nice atmosphere. Service was good but slow and inconsistent. There is not a lot of extra help for the servers so it’s all on them. Not many great places in Branson so if you are willing to shell out the cash you just might like it.

Good steaks and excellent martinis. The«choose your steak knife» process comes across as a bit gimmicky, but the service is impeccable. Impressive wine list, considering it’s not LA or NYC(or St. Louis, for that matter). The atmosphere is, maybe unsurprisingly, what you would expect out of a hotel steakhouse. I felt the final bill was a bit more than it should have been, considering the overall experience. Definitely one of the best options in Branson.
