Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Similar to a steak and shake or culvers only better! It is a little pricey for what you get but good none the less.

This fast food restaurant is average. I had the burger and hot dog combo for lunch. It costed $ 7.59 with fries and a soda. The burger was good, but is only a thin burger. The hot dog was not very good so I did not finish it. The fries are shoe-​string — very thin, but good.
I wish that I had time to try the custard as that appeared to be their specialty. They also seemed to have the market on «fry sauce» as several parties bought their to-​go container of it.

Pretty good. Had never tried this mini chain before. Meal was well prepared and delivered as ordered. Well done on the onion rings. The ordering/​pickup is a bit confusing as your shakes and food are picked up a different counters and are not necessarily ready at the same time.

Great tasting burgers, fries, and custards along with pleasant service. Just moved nearby in Branson, and I will be a regular customer here.

I love having a Freddy’s so close to the house. They have great burgers for a drive through joint, the custard is top notch. They make everything to order, so don’t get in a huge hurry. In my opinion it’s worth the wait, much better than the «crack-​Donalds» next to it.

Yum!!! As far as fast food burgers go this place is the best. Everything is made to order so it’s always nice and fresh. I love the fry sauce it’s super tasty. They also have wonderful frozen custard. You have to wait a little longer than most fast food places but it is well worth the wait. I really don’t have anything bad to say about Freddy’s.

Food is average fast food but a nice break from McD’s.Place is above average in being clean. A nice place to stop when in a hurry

For fast food the burgers were awesome, the fries were great and the frozen custard chocolate shake rocked.

This is a very average place that is clean for fast fast food. The burgers are very thin and with fries and a soda about $ 7. They have Pepsi products and super thin shoe string fries. Took a photo hot dog, but Vienna beef and Chicago style so very average to me. I would go again but it is just ok. I admit I did not try custard but this place is not as good as culvers to me but is better than steak and shake. If need something quick and reasonable at this area of Branson this is better than other options but I would drive down two exits further next time and do fuddruckers.

Excellent customer service! Slight order error. Servers IMMEDIATELY made it right with attentive service. All servers friendly and accommodating. VERY CLEAN! Great skinny fries, burgers and dogs are good. Fun retro atmosphere.

Mmmmmm yummy peanut butter and banana concrete… peach is yummy too… this branch is very very busy in the evening. I recommend the drive thru :)

Just tried it for the first time this week in Branson. Really did enjoy it. Have to say they have Steak ‘n Shake beat with the burgers. The ice cream was good too. A must try if your in the Branson area and are a hamburger lover.

This place is a list more expensive than Steak N Shake but they give you a lot of food. The steak burgers, hot dogs, and chicken strips are all all very good and cooked to perfection. I tried the smores concrete and it was a bit too sweet. They are fast in serving customers and everyone seems to have good customer service.

I had the single cheese burger and wife the grilled chicken sandwich. Service was reasonable and the food was good. I would not say the food was anything special but quite edible. We did enjoy the frozen custard for desert.

This is my step-father’s favorite place to eat in Branson so we end up dining here several times a year.
Freddy’s is a cross between Steak n’ Shake (as mentioned by another Unilocaler) and 5 Guys Burger’s n’ Fries. The burgers are fresh and not preformed. I ordered the double California style which means it comes with pretty much everything. It is very tasty but very messy — go with someone whom you are NOT wanting to impress! They serve the same «diminutive» fries as S.n.S. — glad they didn’t copy 5 Guys in that area. The place is very busy but functions well — wait time for 7 of us was not long at all. My only complaint — have someone on cash register who speaks clearly and enunciates — our cashier was friendly but he was also very hard to understand.
All in all — great «juicy» burgers, large servings, and nice (but loud and busy) atmosphere.

That being the case, I’m more partial to the taste of Steak n’ Shake. The burger, nuggets and fries we ordered were ok, but the strawberry cheesecake thing they called «concrete» was outstanding! It was blended in a cup with vanilla custard and WOW, what a tasty treat!
I really wanted to come back and try the patty melts, but there were too many places to eat in Branson and too little time. Extra half star for fun family atmosphere! (3.5)

Even though they were very busy during our visit pretty efficient in taking our order and getting food out ot us. Tasty burgers and the fries were excellent. Also forced ourselves to do the carmel, fudge, pecan sundae. The sundae itself is worth the stop.

prety good kinda like a mid west version of in and out burger except the burgers are smaller and they serve hot dogs lol but it wasnt that bad id eat there again didnt try any of the dessert though so maybe thats what ill get next time
