Terribly slow service. Food cold mediocre. Too bright. Uninviting. Live locally and I’ll never go back.

This place is the Westgate restaurant where owners get a discount. So it was natural for to to try it, and with all places that we go and probably won’t go back all we can say it «Now we know».
The food wasn’t as good as I hoped, the steak was «aged21 days» I really have a hard time believing that, it was hard to cut with a knife (probably the knifes fault) the real giveaway is when they bring you steak sauce without asking for it. A sure sign the meat has no flavor.
The coleslaw was very bland, and the rest of stuff was average. I just didn’t get a wow moment on anything. Even the service was average.
So if your hungry and want to eat here go ahead it’s not terrible but I’m just saying it wasn’t great

We went to Draft’s for lunch on Sunday afternoon, and to catch the game. Quality and quantity of food was great, service was friendly, efficient & we enjoyed our meal. The veggie burger was really delicious!

Prices are high. Especially if you want a beer. $ 4 for a domestic pint draught. Food was ok. Chicken strips are real thing — not the frozen store bought.

We were here since the other restaurant was close. Since our show will be started less 55 minutes, we decided to pick one restaurant has most car in front.
After we have seated, we have inform our waiter that we only have 40 minutes to eat. She suggest bugger not order to well done item. We order a classic burger and garlic burger in medium. Our food came out less than 10 minutes. She also send the check early in case we need to close out quickly.
I have garlic burger that is very tasty since they have the garlic sauce over the burger. It came with a toast garlic on top of the bun also and this my fist time have this way to eat garlic. It is good.
The restaurant have over 40 TV. I have not seen so many TV in sport bar. It is almost every table has it own TV of your choice. The service is great and we get out the restaurant with time for driving to the show.

This place has totally 25 flat screen TV! Never seen so many TV in a bar/​restaurant. We had 1 hour before the show so we were in a hurry. Our waitress was very helpful suggesting items can be quickly prepared. We had burgers and fries which were very good. Services were good. No regret picking this place.

Read all the reviews about lousy service but decided to give them a try anyway. The bad reviews were 100% accurate. Stood waiting on a table for over 10 minutes. Multiple employees saw us and would not even acknowledge our presence. They weren’t even busy and had only a handful of tables. Gave up and walked out. A huge waste of time.

Restaurant was done nice. We were welcomed immediately upon entering and were seated. Waitress was very friendly and funny. All four of us ordered different items and we were all very happy with our choices. It was a very pleasant experience and we will go back.
Went back for second time today ¹⁰⁄₁₄. We were greeted and seated promptly. Waitress was obviously annoyed at being at work. My husband ordered fried chicken. It was wonderful, however, she brought the wrong salad dressing and never corrected it. I ordered an appetizer which was suppose to have green onions and a dipping sauce. Never got them. There were three other tables there when we were there. They all returned there food so there seemed to be a real issue getting orders right today. Now for the topper that will keep us from returning, our check was $ 42! For 3 pieces of chicken, my appetizer and a beer. I’d forgotten that we had commented the first time that we thought it was a little high. It was noon and there were only 8 people eating.

Really liked all the Flat screens so I could watch my favorite teams. The beer choices were good and the food was great. I had the smoked sausage with fries, very good. Will be going back.

Place is set up nice for sports but it is clear that they’ve never dealt with a crowd. Walked in and got reservations for 9 people at 6 pm early in the day. While it was written down and we could see it written down they said they didn’t have it. Was seated and then had no server. Finally flagged down the manager and he tried to serve us but he didn’t know what was going on. After about 45 minutes he said he found us a real server. Food was just ok, they forgot one order, had our tickets messed up, etc. After 2 hrs we were able to leave and all they are serving is bar food. This was going on at all tables not just a big group. Table of 2 was going to bar to get own drinks. Wouldn’t recommend.

Went back several times this week and the food was great. Prices a bit high, but not as bad as some in Branson. Will be coming back and hope they are here next year!

Arrived at 11:51am on a Friday and no one in the place. Asked for MLB on tv, it took manager 15 minutes to look into changing the channel. Service was slow and it took 20 minutes to get appeizers. Won’t be returning.

I’ve visited here with the wife on two occasions and the food is fantastic. Unique and tasty. Friendly staff, as well. Branson is not known for great dining, but this place serves everything hot, fresh, and mouth watering.

Our waitress really had problems with our orders. Poor service and food was only mediocre at best!

Well we showed up and they said there was a 30 minute wait. But there was (i counted) 10 empty tables. The hostess was rude. We sat at the bar and that side of things ran smooth. However this place was very chaotic and very unorganized it was almost comical watching these people try to deliver food to the wrong table constantly. The food was decent, and the bar staff was good. Otherwise yikes!

Food was good, place was not crowded (maybe 10 others in the place). Waitress was too busy talking to other workers there to take care of us. Never refilled drinks, food was slow (think it set there while she talked to other waitresses. Probably won’t be back.

Been there a few times to give it a real chance. People are rude every time. Prices are outrageous. Food and drinks are mediocre. There so many places in town with better quality, better prices, and better people. This place just isn’t worth the time.

Food was very good, however our waitress was rather slow, they didn’t seem to know their own drink menu. Portions were huge, drinks were too pricey. Worth a one time trip for the jalapeño mac n cheese bites, but likely not to come back. Sports bars are a dime a dozen, this one doesn’t really stand out.

Excellent food and good service. Love the atmosphere. I got the veggie burger and my wife got the buffalo chicken flat bread. The quality of the food and the presentation were excellent. Staff was friendly, and the beer was cold.

Great waitress. The place was not crowded and the food was very good. Drinks came fast.
It has some of the better service in the town.
It is away from all the craziness of the main drag which is why we picked it.
