Unfortunately, after the initial planting where the plants and flowers mostly looked good, soon afterward the majority of plants and flowers failed to thrive. They came out again and I followed all of their instructions as I was given a reason (excuse?) why each and every single plant wasn’t blooming or doing well even though my neighbor’s’ plants of the same type seem healthy and thriving.
Despite following all of the instructions and purchasing all the products I was recommended to fix each plant, my yard still looks awful. There is a one year guarantee in their work; however, my numerous phone calls have gone unreturned. I’ve left messages on their machine and with employees, but I can’t get a phone call back.
The funny thing is my yard is a basically a negative advertisement for their work as all my neighbors and friends know I used them. For that reason alone, if I were the business, I’d want to make sure my customer’s yard looked attractive.
I am really disappointed with this business and cannot recommend them at this point. I don’t feel like they have honored their one year guarantee and it seems to me the plants they gave me were poor quality.
