Starbucks

The employee named Sean is fantastic, the only employee that can get my order exactly how I like it. I will most likely go back to do some studying or to grab a cup of coffee later in the day. I usually prefer drinking dunkin in the morning to get me rolling though. Good quality of coffee, great service.

Friendliest baristas! They are very quick too! Everytime I go in I am in and out very quick. The friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to.

This is the slowest Starbucks, bar none, on the planet. Here many times, going to stop coming. Cars lined up picking the parking lot and a line inside of twenty or more people. Needs a manger who knows how to run an urban coffee shop. This place is awful.

Nothing beats a well made frapp. The Starbucks employees were polite and friendly and I value the prompt service. There is plenty of seating and they continually update the interior space so the café is looking fresh and clean. One of the better Starbucks experiences

Starbucks coffee is horrible and bitter. The passion tea is also not good, sorry they even mixed it. The Starbucks bakery is bad too. The internet is Wonderful so i advise you buy a banana for $ 1.05 just to use the internet:}

Ok so let me start by saying that I love Starbucks. That being said I was a little disappointed with the one in Branford. Twice in the last week I stopped in to get a caramel machiato and was unable to get it for various reasons. The staff was nice and the store is clean. I just think that more control over the supply ordering would be helpful.

Pretty standard Starbucks but good service, excellent hours, and everything I’ve gotten has been comparable to other Starbucks I’ve been to.

I have no idea why, but the drive thru here is always packed and always so slow. Location? Service? When you go inside to get your latte, etc. it does not seem nearly as slow. Anyway, they always make my lattes the way I like them, but I never hit this place unless I have at least 15 extra minutes to spare.

This parking lot is goofy as hell. There’s no other way to explain it. Someone actually got paid to design it? I need a job like that. One side of the lot is shared with a few other businesses as well as the exit of the drive thru. So when you’re backing out of a space, odds are you’re hitting a car pulling in, a car trying to leave, or a small child. Be careful. The other parking lot is sectioned off horribly. Because of this, there’s three «entrances» to the drive thru, and people constantly enter the drive thru using the parking aisles, cutting in front of people that are entering the drive thru properly. This isn’t a huge deal, but it’s annoying when it’s 7am and five cars decided to be douchey and skip the line. Even though I call them douchebags, that’s mostly because it’s 7am and I haven’t had my coffee yet. In reality, 80% of the douchebaggery is due to a poor set up, the other 20% due to people actually sucking and knowingly cutting everyone off. The drive thru is also next to a mountain that frequently has rocks fall from it, so you may want to find another place to get coffee if you’re worried about that kind of thing.
Anyway. That aside, it’s a standard Starbucks location. I don’t come here frequently enough to have any opinion on their staff or service, although I’ve never had a problem with either. They’re the only Starbucks convenient to me that has a drive thru, and pre-​coffee Meggan is not someone that should interact with the general public, so this works perfectly. As long as a mountain doesn’t collapse on my car while I’m stuck in the drive thru line.

I don’t typically drink coffee or go to these places but this location was pretty great service-​wise. I am a vegan so I needed a drink that was dairy-​free but also had no idea what each coffee was! They were patient (which sometimes service can not be when you have a different diet) and made sure the drink was dairy-​free.
As some reviews have stated, the parking lot is confusing and it is not in the best location (rocks have fallen down the mountain onto the place and to turn left out of it, you have to make a u-​turn) but the service is good and the wi-​fi is free.

Drive thru is pretty slow at 7am, I can normally walk inside and get my coffee faster.
Otherwise, drink quality is pretty standard for a Starbucks!

I’m gonna admit it, I love Starbucks for their coffee, lattes and amazing customer service and I specifically love live this Branford location. All the employees are nice and courteous and I’ve ordered my drink wrong by forgetting to ask for it iced, and they’ve made it over for me, when it’s my fault. I like doing my work inside. There are frequently people with laptops that I get around so I can treat it like a library with endless caffeine. The baristas really get to know you and identify and chat with you. I like the music they play. The workers are chill and don’t rush you or ask you to buy products like common ground has. Long live Starbucks, I drank the kool aid

One of the only Starbucks in the area with a drive thru. Being as I’m on crutches, no drive thrus make getting my coffee fix a little difficult! I just recently started enjoying coffee — of the iced kind. I started with DD and that was fine, but I had to have it so sweet and then I got turned off. Tried Sbux and fell in love. Grande, two pump classic with cream, that’s me.
Back to this location… it’s also the closest to my house, so I do end up going a little out of the way in the morning (once in a while) to grab a cup. My newest love is the Peach Green Tea Lemonade — SO good. Digressing again… this location has only been out of something ONCE in the year I’ve been going here and that’s awesome. They are so helpful. We one time ordered a granola bar at the window (my husband’s stomach decided it needed filling) and the guy brought us every kind they had so we could choose, he didn’t try to rush us or anything. I wouldn’t want to be the car behind us, but whatever.
I think the regular workers are great and really friendly, they don’t seem forced. I haven’t chilled on the inside on my laptop, but the day will come.

I love this Starbucks. The baristas are really nice and they take the time to get to know you. The drive through is perfect for the cold winter mornings, or the humid summer days.

I drink coffee when other people are asleep. This is a weird starbucks. weird traffic flow in the parking lot. weird people in their four wheeled modes of transportation talking on wireless communication devices to other worlds. Stop in if you must, it is coffee.

I went there twice and they messed up both my mine and my girlfriend’s orders both times. that’s 0 for 4 on iced coffee, pretty lame when you make hundreds of them every day.

Located midway through the state on my ride along I-​95 this is usually about the time I need to stretch my legs, hit the powder room and caffeinate.
I have never had anything other than a mediocre four dollar cup of joe at this place but it serves its purpose and really there are no other options around.

Worst Starbucks ever? Close.
This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It has a drive through, but you’d be better served to park your car in quicksand if you need to get to work in a hurry.
Despite being yards from the highway and on the major road (Rte 1) in the area, this Starbucks closes very early at night too.
