I think having talent isn’t the only thing important to a business. This place has no compassion and I’m quite sickened by it right now that I am writing my very first review on the internet. I had to cancel two appointments and I do understand that must be frustrating for the stylist and I apologized profusely when cancelling because I really felt bad. I had to cancel the 2^nd time because my 19 year old had two friends pass away within a few weeks of each other and she was having a very hard time so I didn’t want to leave her. I called today to reschedule and explained the situation. In response, Karen said to me, I quote… «2 kids dying in Branford isn’t my problem». I was shocked! I just said to her WOW… you have a nice day and hung up. Maybe she doesn’t have kids? I’m still in shock with a pit in my stomach!

Most people have such a hard time finding their «person» who does their hair perfectly and Jess is just that. I have been a client of Jess’s for a very long time now. There has never been a time that I have left the salon upset about my hair. Jess understands that I do not style my hair often and gives me the perfect look where it looks amazing air dried. I also recommend her ombré too. She knew exactly what color would look good on me before we started. My family and friends are so amazed by her talents they also see her. I highly recommend Jessica, you will NOT be disappointed.

I have been a client of Karen’s for a very long time now. She is a fabulous hair stylist. In fact I drive all the way from Monroe to have her cut my hair because she has always given me the best hair cuts ever. She understands how to cut my hair so that it looks perfect all day long. I style it each morning and it still looks perfect at the end of the day with no touch ups. My hair just always falls perfectly into shape with Karen’s hair cuts. I also see her for highlighting. I love that my hair looks very naturally highlighted and not streaky. I highly recommend Karen at Salon Fusion for your hair needs. You will not be disappointed.

Terri cut my hair, and knew exactly what she was doing when she told me that what I wanted would not look so great. I trusted her judgment, and had her do what she thought would look good on my length, and I loved it. She also blow-dryed it very nicely. I went back to salon Fusion a few months later for a highlight, and Robin did it, and she did exactly what I had wanted. She also blew dry it really nice. The environment is really relaxing, and welcoming. It is also very clean and up to date. They are definitely professionals with a lot of experience. I love the little gifts and samples they give after as well.
