I’ve been going to Rain for at least 5 years! Great service, I love everyone there! Clean, attentive, and ALWAYS the best job. The relaxation room is one of the best parts plus the cozy robes they give you before a service!
The massages and facials are so relaxing and they give you hot booties! The pedicure tubs stay hot so you aren’t sitting in cold water and the manicure are always on point.
I would never get waxed anywhere else. It is ALWAYS clean and professional. They shape brows so well. I love it here and can’t say enough!

I have been going to Rain Spa for facials the last two years. I HIGHLY recommend the Esthetician, who’s name is Xiomara. She totally is gifted and loves what she does for a living. The Spa itself has a lovely waiting room, serving tea with soft music and the sound of water that allows one to totally let go of any stress. Along with the facial she gives a foot rub. In all honesty, when I leave I feel more confident. I get the Organic Rain facial .
I lived in Los Angeles and Ojai California and have tried many Spa’s and I would put Xiomara as the best. Congratulations !!! She found her calling.

This place never disappoints. I love Xiomara. I only go every six months or so but when I do go I request a healing waters facial with Xiomara. She always does a great job and I can see and feel the difference in my skin. The healing waters is a little more expensive than others but includes so much in the price. What they offer as add ons are included in this facial ie: a lip treatment. I won’t go anywhere else for my facial.

I come here for the best massages from Kelly. I’ve had 90 minute deep tissues and most recently an hour pre-​natal. Both were so perfect and offered the optimal amount of pressure and intensity. The pre-​natal had these wonderful pillows on the bed with cutouts for the breasts and belly. They were extremely comfortable! Oh so satisfying. I say the extra half hour is worth the money.

I love Rain Spa. Everyone is very friendly and good at what they do. The facility is also very clean. I’ve had waxing, facials, and a pedicure, and they’ve all been relaxing. One of my favorite things about going is the products they use — everything is natural and smells incredible. They carry the ilike and FarmHouse Fresh brands, and I’ve bought some to take home with me. No one has tried pushing products on me, and the relax room is lovely. I highly recommend this place for its convenient location and inviting (yet casual) atmosphere.

The service was horrible. I was rushed. They didn’t even allow me to fill out a medical history form even after I asked, they said don’t worry about it. How safe is that? I was told to undress in the room my massage was in and then after my massage told to go into the relaxation room with my street clothes??? All other spas you are allowed to get into a robe and slippers in a different room and then go to the relaxation room afterwards with your robe… that’s relaxing… AND they charged me 20 dollars more than the other spas just up the street… my massage wasn’t even the full 90 minutes I paid for… save your money this place is ghetto…

Rain Wellness Spa is my go-​to for waxing, manicures, pedicures and massages. Lauren is an amazing massage therapist and all of the girls, no matter whom I’ve gotten for nails, has always been fantastic. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. I also find the prices to be very reasonable.

This spa is really nice. I love the location and the people are really nice that work here.
Downside is I had a facial in the room near the nail area and all I could hear was the women getting pedicures laughing and chatting. I was annoyed.
I had come here to relax and I just couldn’t.
The esthetician was clearing out blackheads and went on the upper nose near my eye area and apparently didn’t clear it enough or should have left it alone. I had 4 – 5 days of a huge mass of little whiteheads that were stuck under my skin and a swollen eye for just as long. I looked like I got a lip injection under my eye! It was ridiculous and painful as heck!
The day after my facial my face felt bruised everywhere she was squeezing to clear my skin. I’ve never had my skin feel bruised like that after a facial.
I’m sure everyone else has had great experiences here, but I had to be honest.

Had a facial with Gretchen who was very lovely. Overall the place has a very relaxed vibe. The only reason for the four stars is because, as they were busy, I was in a room right by the nail area and people were talking. I have to say though, even with the talking, which was pretty loud, I was still left feeling very relaxed. Gretchen did an amazing job! If you go, just ask to be in a room in the back. My husband got a massage that he loved and he was in a room in the back area and couldn’t hear a thing. Plus, the «relaxation area» is really nice and relaxing. As an added plus, I think they give you a glass of wine with some services and the receptionist was very sweet and accommodating. Will definitely return here!

Lovely place. So far I’ve gone to Kelly for massage and she’s terrific and Laura for mani, pedi and facial and she’s also terrific.
My new fave place to be pampered.
