Stay far away from this flooring store. Products are sub par and customer service is none. They installed wood flooring in our house and within two weeks the floor started to shrink and develop cracks.
I should have known something was wrong when they showed up with the wrong style floor to begin the job. They then after several phones calls came out and switched the flooring with the correct one. But that too was an issue. Per the manufacturer the flooring is to be stored in the house 24 – 48 hours prior to install. Instead they began installing the floor as soon as it was delivered.
Spent over a year fighting back and forth with them. They refused to return phone calls. When they did and finally showed up the owner claimed it was our fault and made every excuse possible.
The truth is when you don’t follow the manufacturers directions it will not set correctly. They did not follow manufacturers directions and get this one of the excuses that they used was the floor gets wet from the dishwasher. Sorry guys this floor is installed in the dining room and oh by the way the dishwasher has been broken for 5 years and has been disconnected so that lie was caught. The next lie was they claimed the sub floor was ½ plywood and that was the cause. Again another lie, the sub floor is ¾ inch plywood.
At this point the only recourse we will have is to sue them for this bad flooring and to have a more reputable company come in and replace this.
