Great wings, especially when they put them on the happy hour menu. The German pretzel is the bomb & it’s totally worth paying extra for the beer cheese on the side but the only downside is they don’t give you enough for the whole pretzel. The beer selection is top of the line & I’m always able to try a new IPA. One of the major downsides is when it gets extremely over crowded on the weekends and you can’t find anywhere to sit, the prices are a bit on the higher side and I really wish they’d put onion rings on the menu. Other than that, the service is great, the menu has a lot to offer and we will definitely continue to be regulars here.

Beers are wildly overpriced and the general atmosphere extremely loud and disorganized. Pints are easily $ 2 – 3 more than you’d pay at most other places. The staff were also yelling at each other and a manager had to tell them to chill out.
Take out a second mortgage before coming here for beers.

This location of WoB is awesome! We rolled in with 160+ Jeeps for a charity event on a Saturday and the waitstaff, bartenders, management didn’t miss a beat! Service was top notch, and the food was also good.
I had a couple beers they had on tap, but everything about this place is dedicated to beer lovers. The food specials they had for our event were also tasty. The grilled chicken sandwich with tater tots was the bomb!
Really had a great experience here, and hope to visit again soon.

Great beer selection and fantastic food at very good prices. Had the tuna nachos and the fish tacos. Felt like splurging but either one is definitely enough for a meal. Large number of TVs and the excellent selection of beer on tap make this place an instant hit.

Love the outdoor patio here! A huge selection of beers (obviously). Happy hour on select drafts 10pm– close on weeknights.

If you are looking for a place with hundreds of beers to sample than look no further WOB is for you. The food is better than most bars and the atmosphere is young and trendy. I have been to this location several times and I enjoy a nice beer on the back patio. I would add that my business contacts call this my office. It’s a great place to hang out during the work day. Good food, free wifi and of course great beer. I frequent several WOB locations in the area.

Good spot. Staff was very knowledgeable about the beers and food. The beer selection is huge. The food was ok, kind of spicy.
It’s a bar so it was very loud.
Over all a clean place with good service. If you like beer this is the place to go.

3 of 5 stars as a group of us had families, we asked if it was children friendly and was told yes. Came to find out they do not have kid menus so plan accordingly. Obviously beer selection is endless and highly recommend it if you are there just for that. Food was okay, as their main focus is beer.
Looking for a combination of great food and great beer I recommend somewhere else.

I really like the Sunday morning beerunch.
The selection of beers is fantastic and the food is pretty good, but the service is hit or miss. They seem to always be busy and somewhat understaffed for the volume that they have.

Came here on St. Patrick’s day with a friend from out of town. We were surprised to be able to get a table right away. Our waitress Amanda was super sweet and very attentive. We decided to try the giant German pretzel with the added beer cheese. I loved the cheese, it was the best. My friend liked the mustard sauce.
We also tried the buffalo wings, medium. They were excellent! I would order these again for sure.
Can’t rate any beer as I had wine and she did a jack and Coke. Funny as we came to World of Beer and didn’t drink beer, but they didn’t offer any green beer and that’s really what I had wanted. Not all that busy for a drinking holiday, but I guess that’s Brandon for you. It’s too bad they didn’t have any fun St Patrick’s stuff going on.

For as busy as it gets on Saturdays, it’s a very calm and relaxing environment. They have pretty much every beer you could want and the staff is knowledgeable on all the beers as well as what foods go best with them. The pretzel is meant for two so be advised, it’s huge! And they serve it with a beer cheese sauce. The nachos are also portioned large. One night I ate those alone and was full. I also recommend the chimichurri meatballs. The beer is pricey but that’s to be expected with craft beer. You’re paying for quality beer.
There’s indoor and outdoor seating but I would recommend finding an indoor seat on Saturdays because they have live music. Not to say that the outdoor seating is absolutely gorgeous because it is.

Came here after having lunch and can say the atmosphere is cool. Haven’t been to a WOB in awhile due to the fact the one by me closed down. I always do different and asked the bartender to surprise me. All I know is my mixed beer was Awesome. Definitely will be back next time I’m in the area.

The food was decently good. We tried their shrimp street tacos and chimichurri meatballs. The tacos were pretty average, nothing too impressive. The meatballs are pretty nice. Great flavors and spices.
The service is pretty slow. It wasn’t busy because it was a Monday night so idk?
They do carry some nice beer selections. I’ve tried an English spiced ginger beer and it was amazing I typically don’t go for beers, but was here meeting up with some friends. They provide drinks for all tastebuds and sample away to find the right one.

First time here. Great service. I like how they took the time to explain the beers and what the pair nicely with.

A newer WOB location nestled away off of Causeway in Brandon. It’s a standalone building that shares the parking lot with LA Fitness. Plenty of parking even on the busiest nights. There is indoor and outdoor seating, bar games (cornhole/​Jenga), and live music many nights. Dogs are welcome on the patio!
The staff is friendly and for the most part attentive. This evening, our server brought the wrong beer and recognized it was incorrect. She told us to keep the beers on the house and brought us our initial selections. Small gestures like this will keep me coming back!
Beer selection is usually very good! This location has lower prices than others (namely the South Tampa location). Many beers are $ 6 for draft. Sample all you’d like. This WOB has a full liquor bar.
The food is also very good. Have the ginormous pretzel… you won’t be disappointed. Tuesday’s are $ 5 burger days (with fries)! I’d skip the bacon pint though… its covered in sweet stuff and not worth it.

None of the WOB locations are my first, second or third choice because of their high pricing on beer and my lack of interest in live music from people who I will never hear on SiriusXM Hits 1.
However, I do think they made a step in the right direction recently with the new Tavern Fare menu instead of simply encouraging customers to bring their own food in or have it delivered.
As photos on this page will support, the soft pretzel is enormous and I saw other plates of good food going past me as I sat at the bar.
This location is very clean and seems staffed with attentive and caring employees, but I just am not going to be a regular of any place that charges $ 6.50 for an average size draft beer that I can enjoy for less virtually anywhere else.

I am giving 3 starts for the service, since it did take a while for the waiter to take our order. The time that we got there was fairly early and it was on a Monday night so it was slow enough for us for him to take our order in a shorter time. HOWEVER, once we got our food we were very pleased. My fiancé had a wood chuck (since we are not beer drinkers) and I had a raspberry flavoured cider… (I forgot the name) she had wings and I had the rueben and wings… lol I know I’m greedy…
We were very pleased. I thought it was like Buffalo Wild Wings, but I was mistaken. I think this will be our go to spot since we live less than 2 min away…
Hopefully the service will get better, but if not we may still come since the food and cider is pretty dayum good…
I eventually gave 4 stars bcuz overall the experience was a good one.

I come here pretty often because after living in Germany, I have to have Hefeweizen every now and then.
I will be perfectly honest and say that the SERVICE IS INCONSISTENT. I once came here and left without being served. WHY 5 stars? Because when the girls are working behind the bar, THEY ARE AWESOME! Especially my girl Sarah! * A wholesome crystal eyed beauty from Raleigh, NC! She calls me her «Hefeweizen girl» I kind of look for her because she’s FREAKING GREAT and always ON POINT with her beer suggestions.
My last visit here was just a great customer service experience! Of course Sarah was involved. hahahaaa! But, I ordered the Chimay Burger from her reccommendation. It came out and it tasted strange and not cooked long enough for my liking. Well, I sent it back, in a nicest way possible. The manager came and personally spoke with me about it and just had another one prepared. When a customer has an issue with something, this is how you come back from it.
ANNDDD WHEN THAT CHIMAY BURGER CAME OUT IT WAS FREAKING DELICIOUS!!! oh my goodness, I haven’t had a burger that good since The amazing Crest Burger in Columbus, Ohio.
Overall, I LIKE HAVING WOB in my part of town!!!

I like coming to this World of Beer because it is close to home and they have the best wings. The wings are sold either by 5,10 or 20. I have tried all of them but my favorite is the dry rub. They are delish. They are seasoned well and cooked just right! I am not a beer drinker but my boyfriend likes the variety here and they let you sample the beer here. I typically get a Riesling nothing to write home about but decent. I come for the wings, to watch sports or sit out on the back patio and eat my wings and have a glass of wine with friends. My friends and I always have a good time here.
They have live music on the stage inside some evenings. They also have games on the back patio such as jenga and bean bag throw. They also have heaters for cool evenings.
I would give it 5 stars if not for the crowd control issue. Sometimes they are not sure if someone has a whole table or half a table and it seems that it Rajesh forever to find out as you are standing around waiting. Also when it gets crowded inside it can get unbelievably loud. That is why I love the back patio.
