Women’s Diagnostic Center

Very disappointing. I had to have 2 diagnostic tests done. The front desk girl was on the phone and the other person did not speak English. When I was taken back to the room, the technician, who also barely spoke English was on her cell phone the entire time while doing my ultrasound with her auto insurance company reporting a claim! I was appalled! She had them on speaker phone in the middle of doing my ultrasound. To top it off I was told my doctor would have results in 7 days, when I called them to find out why my doctor didn’t they had me on hold transferred from one non-​English speaker to someone who agreed that it was too long but couldn’t tell my why the doctor didn’t have them and that they would have to call the doctor or transcriptionist to find out! How can I even trust what they have to say now and on top of having to worry about my health.

Wow. I was a little worried going to this place under the circumstances but it is really pretty inside. Nice people, nice environment. The ladies inside were great and comforted me. Hopefully they are still there in ten years when I need to go back. :)
