Westshore Pizza

Pretty bad experience today, everything was overcooked and just a mess. The kids liked the cheese sticks. Never again.

Always nice on the phone

We used to order from here routinely. We had a bad experience. It’s been over a year since we ordered. We ordered today 3 14 inch pizzas & 1 18 inch pizza. Total cost $ 48.00. Got it home to a large group. Every pizza was incredibly dry & tasteless. When you peeled up the cheese there was no evidence of sauce on any pizza. When I called the manager he made no offer to fix anything & didn’t even apologize for the awful pizza. He just said that’s how it’s made. I asked how he might make it right as we spent a lot of $ for subpar pizza. His solution was to remake the pizzas & have me drive back with the uneaten pizzas which was about ¾ of the pizzas. Initially I was going to give them another chance, but people in my group made me realize that the food may be compromised after reporting a complaint. So we decided to discontinue using Westshore pizza. After all there are so many other pizza places in the area. Not good anymore & definitely not worth spending your money on.

My husband and I LOVE Westshore Pizza. We usually get their buffalo chicken pizza or their bacon pizza. I’ve also gotten their greek salad. Everything there is really good, it’s our go to on nights when we can’t figure out to make.
My husband even secretly orders their calzones when I work night shifts. I love that it’s a small place and they know us when we call and order.

Food is great fixed on time. Never had the pizza from Westshore Pizza so I don’t know how they make it or how it taste. So I went in today just a few minutes ago it took about 7 minutes to get my order taken then the male employee got frustrated cause I didn’t/ forgot to order the two liters of Pepsi and Mountain Dew. Reason why I noticed he got frustrated cause he deep breathed. It wasn’t like they had a bunch of customers in the restaurant or busy with orders. If you don’t want to deal with customers they work in a restaurant.
Other Westshore Pizza around the area are amazing with the food and same with the customer service it’s only this particular place that needs a customer relation make over. Attitude adjustment is probably is what this store needs.
Maybe a little clean up around the customer seating area and the same with the restrooms. It wouldn’t hurt to have the place cleaned.

Everything was great. It was the Westshore Pizza quality that I’ve come to love. My first time at this location. Called in the order, used a coupon for 18″ 1-​topping, 6 garlic knots, 6 wings. It was all done before the time they had quoted. Picked up, tasted hot and fresh. Oh and the staff was pleasant. Keep up the good work.

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT order from this place… Had a coupon for a free 1 topping pizza that I just got in the mail 3 days ago. Called up to order and they claim that they were under new management and would not honor the coupon. Not the way to run a business, especially to take over and lose customers. Plenty of other good pizza places in the area to go to than this one. STAY AWAY!!! Only reason I gave a 1 rating was because I couldn’t give a ZERO!
