I’m giving Comfort Zone two stars because the customer service was okay. It appears, that unless you are having services done by the owner for mani/​pedi, then I would not bother.
I have been on two very separate occasions, and both times I felt disappointed by the two women doing my mani. The second time was the worst. I went in for gel/​shellac, my nails should have at least lasted two weeks at the minimum. My nails did not make it a full week without peeling and chipping, and I was not doing much of anything out side of washing dishes/​laundry/​and general desk work.
I believe in not giving a business a second time around, and I’m disappointed to say that I will not return for a mani.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have lived in the Tampa area for 3 ½ years now and have struggled to find someone to 1. do my eyebrows GOOD and 2. highlight my hair GOOD. I went to numerous places for both services yet I still couldn’t find anyone to do either to my liking– until I came here. Michelle is incredible with eyebrows and Allison is equally amazing with hair. I am so happy with this salon and would not go anywhere else.
