Careful! Take your money elsewhere. Bad blurry and dark pics taken by a short rude impatient blond lady. Never going here again. She was very abrupt, rude and unprofessional with all clients. I think her name was Naomi. Ginger and the Spanish speaking lady were awesomely nice and seemed to feel embarrassment by their condescending co-worker’s work ethic style. Definitely a hostile work environment for the other girls and bad pics.

Ask for Taylor or Carmen and you’ll be fine. Just don’t take an 18 month old to Naomi, she’s clueless in how to deal with one that age, becomes frustrated easily, and has very little manners in dealing with a customer. I’ve already complained to the 800 number, sent a letter to corporate, and talked to Carmen at the location but unfortunately, Carmen is apparently lower on the totem pole than Naomi. To make a long story shorter: 1) They need to sweep and mop, it shouldn’t be that dirty at 10:45AM, the day just started.(And on that note, I shouldn’t have to push aside with my foot a squished bug and dust bunnies to sit my child down on the dirty floor.) 2) Rudeness is not an option in customer service, say excuse me when you need to step away and communicate what you’re doing. 3) «I’m sorry you feel that way» is an inappropriate response when the customer points out that your behavior is rude. Maybe, «I’m sorry I made you feel that way» would work a little better but that simply is not a proper apology for bad behavior. And that’s all courtesy of Naomi, thanks but no thanks! If you insist on going here, bring your own props, a blanket, and/or disinfectant wipes.
