For a place that has average to high prices on guns, ammo, and gear, their customer service should be a lot better.
The half dozen times my roommate and I have been there, we dealt with an older gentleman with a (partially) missing finger. He acted like we were wasting his time and didn’t want our business the second we walked through those doors, on every visit. My roommate tried to have a shotgun shipped out of state more than a month before Christmas and it kept getting forgotten about. Another time he tried to bring an order in, they didn’t bother calling him to confirm the order or delivery, and treated him with terse disrespect when he called to follow up.
I would not recommend shopping here, as they don’t seem to want anyone’s business. My roommate and I support small American business when ever we can, but these guys don’t seem to be trying too hard to keep our business.
