Massage Envy – Brandon

Never had a bad massage at massage envy, and this one is no exception. This location is more fragrant than others I have visited.
Service is professional – my therapist was waiting for me when I arrived (in part because I was a few minutes late. Blame it on the annoying SR60).
The massage itself was perfect. I especially appreciated the massage therapist was quiet – having a super chatty massage therapist is the worst when you are wanting to relax.
I wish the quiet room were more secluded, as I like to arrive early to just sit and center myself.

I went here because a friend had purchase an early Christmas gift for me and it was a customized massage so it was even better! My massage therapist was Mark and although he was nice, his massage was very, very heavy. I had told him and he lessened the pressure a bit but it went right back to the same heavy pressure so I just endured it for the most part because I probably needed it anyway but it was okay. Massage left me confused and dazed. I usually enjoy them but this time, I didn’t at all. I also don’t like going to Massage Envy places because of the hustle they try to get you into their monthly membership plan. I’ll probably only go if I got another gift card, other than that, you won’t find me there. Everyone is nice though.

Been here a few times for brazilian waxes with no problems until I tried a different girl named latissa. THE ABSOLUTE WORST ESTETICIAN EVER! The wax was too hot, she made me bleed because of her horrible way of pulling of the wax strips. To top it all off she put hard wax on me and was not able to get it back off so she had to rip out my hairs millimeter by millimeter slowly instead of one quick movement. Ive had several brazilian waxes and this was the only time I had a waxer who literally put me through so much pain that I will never get waxed again. Im pretty sure she took off some of my skin and I will have scarring. She tried to say she was finished and I look down and I still had at least 20 hairs. When i complained to the front desk girl she talked to the manager and said that she still had to charge full price. After telling them that I would be going to the doctors and would be reporting them if I have permanent skin damage they decided not to charge me. I couldn’t believe I had to even ask for no charge. Little do they know my husband and I are both lawyers. I literally walked out shaking because of the pain and my skin is now raw!!! Horrible customer service!!! I have 3 children and this wax experience by latissa was worse then pushing out 3 babies without an epidural! I will be telling all of my friends to never go here!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Totally unresponsive and uncooperative.

A year later and the front desk service has change and is great at matching now. I have been fortunate to have 4 therapist favorites now Dominick, Jarred, Alex, and Esteban. All of them are on the higher pressure levels/​modalities include things like trigger point, deep tissue, myofascial, and sport therapy.

Horrible customer service. I only went there because I had a gift card. The front desk girls do not know what they are doing and in turn misinform you. The manager which is a lady with short blonde hair came out after the front desk girls couldn’t resolve the issue of payment (they wanted more than we were originally quoted). She was very abrupt, rude and argumentative. Kept yelling ‘just give me the money’ and after the second time I put my credit card away and told her I wouldn’t be giving her any of my money with that attitude. I then walked towards to door to leave and she yelled ‘don’t come back.’ I laughed and said don’t worry lady I won’t be back. :) I wouldn’t give any stars if that was an option but unfortunately it’s not.

I’ve been to several Massage Envy locations and this is one of the best. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly and has a smile on their face. I always find them accommodating when you need a last minute appointment. Jarrod and Alex are the best as well. They really take the time to listen to your needs!

Great as always. Kelly and the hot stones keep me coming back and my back feeling good.

The massage itself was EXCELLENT and very relaxing. But it sure wasn’t an hour.
I came in a few minutes before my appointment time and had to wait to get the form because there were two people ahead of me. The form only took me three minutes to fill out.
I was then ushered into another room to wait for my massage therapist, who promptly got me. She asked me if I wanted to use the restroom first. Had I known all of this time would be shaved off my massage, I guess I would have held it.
By the time my massage started it was 3:11 p.m.; my appointment was for 3 p.m. Not only did she short me out of the 11 minutes, she also stopped four minutes early at 3:56. I was shorted out of 15 minutes in total.
When I said this to the person at the first desk her explanation was, well we take five minutes for the consultation if it’s your first time. This is bad business and it still doesn’t explain the additional 10 minutes I lost.
For people who take your credit card info when you book an appointment and say they will charge you if you don’t show up, shouldn’t they actually provide the full time a customer pays for?
Looking apologetic but not missing a beat, the lady at the front desk, who was eating a salad up there, asked me whether I wanted to leave a tip on my credit card. REALLY??? The audacity.

For my first real massage I went here with one of my best girl friends. We picked an hour long massage for the intro special price $ 50. My massuese was great. Asked a few questions to figure out what might be needing more attention and what I preferred and didn’t. Being my first professional massage I was relatively open and would let her know if something wasn’t good. Thanks to FourSquare check in, my friend and I were able to upgrade to an aromatherapy massage for no extra charge. I chose the Rosemary Lavender. My whole experience was soooo relaxing and the aromatherapy smelled so good. I felt like a pile of jello after the hour was done and was not ready to go home! I will return for another if the occassion arises! Thanks!

Not the best massage Ive ever had so I can’t give it 5 stars, but I will say that it is better than most spas that Ive been too. Seems more like a doctors office than a spa-​like atmoshphere and my therapist was very chatty.
