I too would give zero stars if possible. A part from being extremely expensive in December I had a Ralph Lauren sports coat returned with a large circular discoloration around a missing button. After filling out their claim form and calling for three weeks without any answers I was told that their production manager says nothing they do in the dry cleaning process would cause that to happen. No one would even consider that they might have damaged the item, nor did they take any responsibility for not being about to contact me about this concern in three weeks. I am now waiting for an appeal to the owner who apparently is in another location to see if they are going to consider further investigation. From my perspective, they simply are incompetent, unwilling to accept any wrong-doing and offer absolutely no customer service. Fortunately they are NOT the only dry cleaner in the area.

If I could give Majik Touch zero stars I would. First, if you are in the military do not take your uniform here. The people here are incapable of following basic procedures such as not putting military creases in the front of a cotton Air Force blues shirt(these are not wool shirts nor am I in the Navy) or to center a sleeve crease down the center of the stripes(seems obvious but apparently not). People in the military should not have to explain these instructions; there are actually pictures online of how a uniform should look. Secondly, if you own any piece of clothing whatsoever such as a basketball jersey, Italian suit, or even a white t-shirt, DONOT bring it here. They will ruin it and claim that they followed the instructions on the tag and won’t even reimburse you for the cleaning let alone replace the item that was damaged. It doesn’t get any worse than Majik Touch Cleaners.
