Chris is AWESOME! I can’t tell you how many times he has fixed my back from various injuries I’ve had. I’ve been going to him for 7 years!

While attending the Florida State Fair, The Florida State Massage Therapy Association had a booth set up and licensed therapist Chris Caito was one of the therapists providing massages. My back had begun to flare up again on the second day at the fair so I returned to the massage booth and Chris worked on the knots in my back. It’s been a few days since my massage and my back feels great and that’s rare for me considering I spend many hours driving.
Chris is highly skilled and he has been doing this for 9 years. He is also a Personal Trainer so if you need to lose weight or develop a training program, he can set you up. He uses many techniques to eliminate the problem areas. I asked him if he ever comes to Orlando and he informed me that if he gets enough clients for the day in a certain city, he will make the trip. I am currently trying to recruit friends and family so we can all get massages.
