Worst apartment complex ever! Stayed with my sister and saw that her apartment was infested with roaches. Management didn’t help at all. After bombs and sprays they still came back and were living in baseboards of apartment. Management did nothing to help AND tried to get more money from her to fix their problem. Don’t live here unless you like living in a dump and paying to do it.

I visited. I liked. I attempted to get a lease which was harder than you would think. The company isn’t always ‘on top of it’ which is saying it politely. After talking to a few employees(when they actually answered the phone… not on Sundays or Mondays apparently) attempting to get a contract going I did more of the work than they did. Many of the workers were not informed of the companies policies but they did switch companies in the summer of 2012. But I finally moved in because it was the cheapest one bedroom for the space and quality(plus teacher discount)! I loved the layout of the one bedroom apartment(the larger one) and the nice sized porch. The vinyl faux wood floors were lovely; overall I have no complaints of the actually apartment. The complex is also nice and the two pools are an added bonus. They are never too crowded. The lake views are relaxing with the fountains and I do miss the ducks waddling around. Overall it is well kept and a safe community except for the gate always being broke. If living with people above you, you WILL hear them! The ceilings are very thin and can hear basic movements of walking which is very annoying. Wish we were on the third floor so I wouldn’t have to deal with hearing our neighbors dog running to play fetch all the time. The reason for three stars is due to the service. They have lost my rent check(BIGPROBLEM and attempting to get maintenance to come and fix something is a hassle since it is hard to get in contact with the employees(they also never call you back when they say). Point is, apartment and community were great for the most part but dealing with the employees was quite a headache!
