Well, I came in(5÷24÷15) with my little brother(im 28 hes 14) expecting to get a hair cuts. No receptionist, no sort of «welcome we’ll be right with you, or sign in and we’ll call your name» business. A little surprised by this i went ahead and signed in around 2:20pm my brother and I sat and admired the cool and urban way they decorated the place. Kanye was being played from a barbers cell phone over the speakers, and the atmosphere was nice. Its now 2:35pm. Theres still been no communication from the staff to me, and i’ve seen barbers finish a couple cuts and then go outside for smoke breaks, and take other clients ahead of me while my brother and i sit there waiting. That didnt bother me all that much, because i understand people make appointments and employees need breaks, but a little communication would have been helpful. 2:45pm i see one of the barbers look at the sign in sheet and me and my brother sitting there expecting to be called up… and. .nothing. he just walks outside turns the corner and starts smoking with his buddy. My brother and i look at each other and just shake our heads and walk out. to sum up my experience at Element of D-Zign… Disappointing. It was a very off putting experience. Will i go back probably not. Will i recommend this place to anyone? only if they know someone working there. i guess. Meh. Now dont get me wrong i never got a hair cut there, and the people who work there really do look like they know what they are doing, and from the pictures i’ve seen from their shop i was actually looking forward to getting a cut from any of the barbers there. but. if you read above that just didnt happen.

Adrian Lima of Element of dezign barbershop took me in for a cut an hour after the shop was supposed to close on a Saturday evening. At first I admired his business drive and exceptional consideration to me, a new client. As we spoke I learned of his passion for the work he was doing as well as his talent. Adrian credited his uncle and other family members for teaching him the art of his craft. My impression first and foremost based on the quality of the fade cut, excellent attention to detail and the dedication to me an unknown customer an hour after close on a Saturday evening, is that Adrian is talented and he could teach a course on customer service! Besides that the Barbershop is a cool place! I highly recommend Adrian Lima and the Element of Dezign Barbershop.
