This place is a rip off if I’ve ever seen one. I ordered a pair of shoes online that I needed by the next day and paid $ 25 for overnight shipping. The order went through fine. but I did not receive the shoes for 3 DAYS. I called customer service and was told that I would be refunded the price of shipping. I waited a few days and did not receive a refund. I called AGAIN and was told that I would not receive a refund because the shipping went by business days. This was not stated anywhere when I placed the original order or else I would have never paid the ridiculous price for overnight shipping. BEWARE OF THIS BS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THEM ONLINE!

This is by far my favorite DSW! I always find great bags, shoes, and scarves at this location. The manager, I think his name is Michael, is AMAZING! The rest of the team is very helpful as well.

Just left DSW and I’m a little ticked off. I had a coupon for $ 20 off but you have to spend $ 49 I only had $ 44 because of a discount on the shoe. I needed to buy something else. No Problem! I told the sales lady I would grab something from the rack by the register. I move for a few seconds. She begins to ring up another lady. No Problem
The lady (customer) also has a coupon and needs an additional item. She holds the sale waits for the lady (customer) to get her item come back and finishes her purchase. PROBLEM!!!
If you can hold the sale for her and make me wait and I was ready to check out she should have done the same for me.
You should treat your customers the same!!!

Everyone was so friendly & helpful! The prices are still a little high but if you sign up for their rewards program you get a lot of discounts via email. My only complaint is that they tend to rarely have my size!
