People. Where is the staff? I walked almost screaming take my money and the kiosk sized store had one employee on a very busy weekend afternoon. This is why Brookstone has declined. They don’t source great and unusual products anymore and their stores are not staffed with passionate people who want to help. Avoid.

Wanted to replace my favorite travel neck pillow with memory foam and just love Brookstone. Ran in quickly on way back from Tampa and was really rushed due to some unexpected time constraints. Immediately upon entering the store a clerk came right over to assist. I described what I was looking for and she took me right to the $ 100 neck pillows. Wow I certainly hope for that price it massages my neck and brings me some cocktails on the plane.
I told her not was I needed and thermostatically described the one I had lost and immediately found it for me. I was in an checked out within 5 minutes. Just what I needed so I was not delayed.
Good customer service, neatly arranged store and quick check out.
Happy camper and ready to hit the skies again this weekend. At least one part of my body will fly in comfort.
