If I could give a zero star rating I would. We bought Shaw wood plank tiles from this location. The product is great, our experience at Bob’s has been TERRIBLE! Their customer service is AWFUL. I have called over five times for warranty work on our grout and they still have NOT solved my problem, nor do they return my calls. I have asked for the manager (Roger) every time I have called and I am always told he is out and will return my call, still waiting on that phone call after MONTHS of calling. Every time I get a different sob story about issues with their installers. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this Bob’s Carpet Mart location. You will spend hours of your time trying to fix your awful installation job by techs that don’t even speak English. Please note that I have given Bob’s MULTIPLE opportunities to fix my problem before I wrote this review.

Great price for quality carpet. The installers were slow and expected a larger tip! I paid to have furniture moved, bed dresser and night stands, armoire. We ended up moving all but bed and dresser back in ourselves. Umm and I have a broken arm.
