Beth Ingram & Associates

After leaving our current facility due to insurance changes, we started the process of moving to Beth Ingram and Associates. Our child is autistic and everyday that goes by without therapies, encourages him to regress. Two weeks after hearing nothing and getting in touch with nothing more than a voicemail box, We started making it a point to call 2 – 3 times per week. At 4 weeks and no services, and doing the leg work for them, we called our insurance and doctor for authorization– They had heard NOTHING from Beth Ingram at this point! Bumping phone calls to almost daily, they finally completed doctors authorization, but nothing through our insurance! It is now week 7. STILL NOTHING!!! No returned phone call from the office manager to resolve this matter!!! Wow! I am shocked and disturbed that they would treat potential clients this way and a child no less, that desperately needs these services!!!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THIS FACILITY!!!
