After a friends recommendation and to satisfy our taste buds craving for a pizza we decided to try UNO. On a weekend you can expect to wait any where from 10 – 30 minutes. We were told that it would be 10 – 15 mins and the wait staff was right on with that. We got seated in 10 mins. We never felt like left alone right from the time we walked in, they got top notch customer service. If there was a rating for their customer service i would given a 5 star. We were taken care by Catherine and she was so kind, an enthusiast. She always checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. BTW this place is very good for b’days. I have seen two parties that were greeted with a cake and a b’day song parody by the staff. The whole atmosphere inside was pretty comforting. We ordered mozzarella sticks as appetizers. The service is pretty quick. We got them right away and enjoyed them. Then we ordered shroom deep dish pizza with broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was a little on the thick side which was ok. The pizza spoiled our night. To be honest we got to a point where we lost our liking for pizza and packed the rest for take away. It was not one of those pizza’s that you would crave for. If not for their customer service this place would have been a 2– star. I would definitely go back to try out the other items on menu. Highly recommended for groups.

Came here on a late weekday night so no wait. Got the crab and shrimp dip, wasn’t impressed. Overly salty and mostly cheese. Max 3 or 4 pieces of actual mini shrimp and crab is non exisitent. I think if they just cut down the cheese to make the dip thicker it would be meatier but I’m comparing the best crab dip ever from the barking crab in boston. Got the shrimp scampi and it was absolutely delicious. Decent portion for the price but it was so garlicky and the pasta really picks up the sauce(it’s thinner than spaghetti but thicker than angel hair). We also got the número uno deep dish and you can’t go wrong with that. I would definitely come back for the shrimp scampi or try the chicken scampi in their 2 for 12 promo that they have.

Food not bad, can’t beat the 2 for $ 12 special that’s running now. Service has always been great so that’s definitely a plus!

We walked in and the hostess said«two minutes». We waited 10 minutes, they sat everyone except us. They said sorry, this time took our names, and said 2 minutes. We waited another 15 minutes and they sat everyone who came after us, except us! We left and will never come back to UNO again.

So last time I went to uno’s before this was the 1990’s when I got a tiny pizza as teenager and vowed never to come back. Well I figured its been like 20+ years so Id give it a shot. again. even I don’t hold a grudge forever(usually.) lol … The good… a nice atmosphere. good server who was very helpful on what apps would go a long way. tried the muchos nachos for an app and it was huge with the fixings well distributed rather then just thrown on the top like other places Ive tried. The clam chowder was a pretty decent size for the money and average flavor that I got as an addon to my meal. The refills kept coming on time with the soda so i didnt have to keep asking where the waiter was or anything. the bad Pricing is still a rip off for the size meals you get. I decided to try the shrooms pizza again for 12 bucks as I figured they must have changed things in the last 20 years. but no it was still tiny and like 5 inches wide. with like 20 – 30 percent being crust.(the mushrooms were good though). and it seemed like the other people in my parties portions on there dinners were pretty small as well. I have no problem paying alot for food if the portions are good. but they should really advertise the pizza as an extra tiny pizza for 12 bucks it prob should sell for like $ 6 given the size. from a value to portion standpoint this has to get three stars. the great service and staff saved it from 2 stars. Ill try them again in 2036 :)

Uno’s food is consistently good. I love the beer cheese pretzel appetizer. Took a while to be greeted once seated. So long that without seeking attention, a manager came and apologized. Server was busy with a large party… forgivable but I wouldn’t go here if I was in a rush. We will go back. This is a nice casual dinner location.

I just got back from here and I could not have had a better experience, Jake tbe bartender went above and beyond to make my experience here memorable, he went so far as to go out back to see if they had what I wanted to drink. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it here especially if Jake is behind the bar.

This place deserves more than 3 stars. Awesome food, delightful service, and very reasonably priced. Took a while, but we ordered deep dish pizza and that takes time. Really nice!

The Cocktails were good and the songs were nice. Food was okay in taste. I felt nothing exceptionally tasty. But clean and friendly stuff, and has this new machine where you can pay your bills without asking for check.

When we walked in to be seated the histess and server seemed confused on where to seat 4 people and it wasnt even busy. The food was good small portions for the cost. Our server wasnt attentive at all. Trying to get her attention… like I said no attentive. Also they do need to properly clean.

I’ve been to this location 2 times and both times have been great. Both times, we went on lunchtime on Saturdays. This location doesn’t have much service(We’ve never had to wait, we always got a seat directly from the door) and there doesn’t seem to be too many other people. I’d say there was about 9 or 10 other tables. I found this location because I wanted to try to Japanese restaurant nearby, but the parking for that place was full since they only had about 10 spots to begin with. So, we decided to try Uno. The food is delicious, the menus are good quality, and the waiters are attentive. Really good. Will continue to come back here. Parking is shared with Dave’s & Busters, which is fun. You can have lunch here then walk over to D&B. Also love that the mall is nearby. Overall, it doesn’t get better than this.

If you like pizza, especially Chicago style, you have to go to Uno’s. But be mindful of which one you go to, they are not all created equal, as my review for the Chicago location will attest to. This location is awesome. Pizza always comes out hot, always on time and always right, but that’s not the reason that i think this place is awesome, its the staff. Everyone i’ve met there has been incredibly friendly and totally professional, i love their energy and enthusiasm. Our last server was Chris, he was right on the ball and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to heading back there for the Numero Uno!

Our experience wasn’t great, but the general manager absolutely made up for it. He not only refunded my credit card, he also gave me a gift certificate for 50 bucks. Thank you Stephen Brennan. Todd

Went here for pats game on sunday. Heavy set guy was the waiter… in bar area. Didn’t tell us about any specials that were going on. Had to hear it from the bartender. We ordered 3 very watery drinks. And then shots along with a pizza an app. And 2 sets of wings. After shots that we usually get during game. was watery like added water to make the glass full… when we asked what was this didn’t taste right. his response was I just poured it. Lol. what? After that he went to the bar… told bartender. then got dirty looks remainder of our stay. and he ignored us… had to flag him down to get his attention. This is second bad experience here. first time we went in. sat at the bar and bartender didn’t acknowledge us. after 20 mins we left. We both work in service industry .this was horrible service.

I was utterly surprised by the quality of the food and the atmosphere. It was friendly and a casual easy going environment created by the generous servers made my first visit very enjoyable. We went on a friday night, so don’t be shocked at the long wait time, for us 25 minutes. It was worth it though . We had gotten pizza skins, rattlesnake pasta, and a mushroom flatbread. All of which arrived so soon leaving us little to no wait time. The food was delicious and for a place whose specialty was pizza, they definitely did the others well. Definitely a go back place.

10/31/2014 visit Last time I went to Dave & Buster’s, I don’t think this Uno’s was there yet. However, when I researched Uno’s locations recently, thar she was! We opted to stop here for take-out because our original choice ended up being closed for the holiday(that being Halloween), and I recollected a recent email blast about a 50% discount Halloween dinner take-out only special, and we had mouths waiting back home to feed. My memory did not fail me. We found Uno’s and they did have this discount going on! They were also willing to honor the offer even though I did not have a copy of the printed coupon on my person. After placing our order, we were given a time estimate of 45 – 60 minutes, so we took off for a run through nearby Target. We returned 25 min later figuring we could sit and chat, but our food was ready! I had neglected to ask for paper and plasticware, and so we found none in the two bags we had picked up. The count of items seemed right though, until I realized my special off menu order of the Spinoccoli(my absolute favorite pizza combination in Uno’s history — spinach plus broccoli… get it???) had chicken on it, and artichoke hearts, and no broccoli. I decided to call to let them know so that they could figure out how to avoid this error in the future. The person who answered the phone said that the Spinoccoli pizza has chicken. The fellow she then passed me on to agreed and thought that perhaps the kitchen had tossed on the artichoke as a bit of creativity. But I pointed out the whole spinach + broccoli = Spinoccoli thing, and asked, so where’s the broccoli? They finally realized that they had instead sent us home with a similar sounding Chicken Spinaci — ah, mystery solved! And if I could come back over, they’d fix things for me, or alternatively he could email me a coupon. It was too late to head back over for them to make things right that night — we were already back at home and people were hungry. Okay, I was hungry. But I checked my email the next day and so far no coupon… 24 hours after, and still no coupon, so I called and spoke with the General Manager. He agreed that this was too long a wait and said he would email me something within the hour. The Spinoccoli had been removed from the menu for a year now, but is still really popular. They took the Spinoccoli button off because it was being pressed in error too often, but that was not meant to be an excuse. He’ll be sure to impress upon the staff to follow through with promises. In case the GM had perhaps jotted down the incorrect email, after seeing nothing in my in-box well over an hour later, I called and spoke with the GM again. He sounded flustered and he told me that they had a busy night so he had not been able to get to the office, but he’d send out the email before he left the restaurant that night. I appreciate receiving the email shortly after midnight, however, I felt that the GM’s broken promise after the initial broken promise of a manager serving under him, after having received the wrong pizza and dealing with a debate that it was the right pizza, deserved more than an excuse spoken in a harried manner. The lack of a simple«I’m sorry» for having not followed through on his personal promise spoke volumes, and caused me to feel that I was now being viewed as the offender, rather than as the offended. 3 stars for the food. Go medium rare with the steak tips; medium was tough. But their signature Wowza Sauce for the Wowza steak tips(sauteed with mushrooms and onions) from their 2 for $ 12 menu was quite tasty, and the vegetable medley was not overcooked. 2 stars for the service. Training here needs to be upped. *** 11÷5÷2014 — got an email from Corporate apologizing for a less than stellar experience and service due to the unexpectedly high volume of customers drawn in by their special Halloween offer. Nice. 4 stars for Corporate. *** 12⁄2014 — I finally returned to Uno’s with my apology email coupon in hand. I called ahead to place my order for their off menu large Spinoccoli pizza which has spinach and broccoli. Yes, I was very specific, to minimize(I hoped) any possibility of another error. The counter was unstaffed when I arrived, so I waited, till a lady came back with a soda for the party waiting ahead of me. My pizza was ready. And it was happily correct — we peeked. I did however find it funny that when I handed over my email coupon that 1) I was asked my name, and 2) having had to read the email to figure out what it was I gave them, no acknowledgment of the error(such as perhaps an apology for my past inconvenience) was made. Oh well. I had my pizza, and it was good with pleasantly firm broccoli florets. *** 6⁄2015 — their pizza skins $ 9.99 were terrific as ever, but funny enough, while the sticker on my twin boxes clearly stated: sour cream, spoon, wetnap, cutlery pack, all that came with mine were the little cups of sour cream stashed in with my pies.

I’ve been here a handful of times and the service is consistently attentive and courteous. Decent pub fair with a few solid items like the soft pretzels, sampler appetizer and my girlfriend likes the fried zucchini.

Ordered the Baked Haddock and Steak tips… Steak Tips were cooked incorrectly and took 32 minutes to come out from the kitchen on a very slow night. Haddock was chewy and cold around the edges like it was sitting there for a while awaiting the tips. Both orders were sent back and corrected, but the same sides remained on the plates(loaded skinless baked and French fries) both of which were cold the second time the food came out. Manager and wait staff were very apologetic, but still very displeased.
