Southeast Physical Therapy

Dave really helped me get back on track from a frozen should and rotator cuff problem. Before going to Southeast PT I was in a lot of pain. My movement was restricted and I could barely raise my arm to shoulder height. It was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Within a few weeks after working with Dave the pain was diminished and my mobility was restored. By the end of the treatment period I was 100% better and haven’t had a problem with my rotator cuff since. Some of the things I like about this practice is their friendly and professional staff, Molly the therapy dog and making new friends with other patients. The practice has a real feel of community about it. And Dave does a great job keeping the mood light by telling jokes and funny stories. It really distracts you from the pain when you’re laughing. I highly recommend Dave. He’s the best!

I used Southeast Physical Therapy for two consecutive injuries. It is hard to take time out of a busy schedule to go to therapy, but they made it easy with flexible hours and also a friendly atmosphere. I like to remain active, so it was important to me that I had a licensed physical therapist that could help and get me back to hiking and the gym quickly. They did a great job.

I had my shoulder operated on in 2014 and used southeast. Everything came out great. I loved the early 7am appointments and it is close to my job in Braintree. Dave made therapy sessions fun, which made getting there much easier. I would go there again.

Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. I went once and there appeared to be only one PT who was working on three other people plus me at the same time. He put heat on my knee; left, quickly showed me a couple of exercises without explaining how many times/​day and what pound weights to use. He ran out of the room again to work on others; ran back and iced my knee and left. I did not feel that the therapist actually cared about resolving my pain; but rather about the check from the insurance company.

If you want results, this is the place for you. Dave and his team provided a top notch, individualized treatment plan and support to get me back on my feet after knee surgery several years ago and again this past summer following rotator cuff repair. Staff is very attentive and the comraderie makes the sessions enjoyable.
