recently I got some clothes for my daughters birthday and they were the wrong size. The person who gave them to us did not get a gift receipt so when I went to EXCHANGE the clothes for a bigger size the sales associate in the store said that since we did not have a receipt we would have to give them the clothes that were too small and they will MAIL us a voucher in the mail in about 7 business days. I think their exchange and return policy is outrageous and I think that you should be able to get store credit while in the store than to have it mailed to your house. I will never shop there again because of their policy and because the people who work there are rude. While potty training my daughter she had to go to the bathroom and all the bathrooms in that area of the mall were being cleaned I asked a sales associate in baby gap if we can use their bathroom(because we have used it before) and the lady gave me an attitude and said no. When I told her we have used it before she then proceeded to tell me the bathroom was broken. GAPISTHEDEVIL! DONOTSHOPTHERE!
