Yikes… Low quality, and bad service. However, I do appreciate that the manager comp’d the wings. Our food took an hour plus to arrive, which was cold. All in all, there are far better places to go eat.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings and really enjoy eatings there whether I dine in or takeout. On my last visit on Thursday, Jan 20, 2016 it was horrible! I called ahead and placed a takeout order, yet when I arrived, the woman at the takeout desk was rude, just walked away and didn’t return for 15 minutes, my order was not ready despite being ordered ahead 30 minutes. There was no one staffing the reception desk, so I had to walk over to the bar and ask for service at the takeout. No wonder this location was nearly empty on a Bruin’s game nite! The customer service at the Braintree location is horrible!

I LOVE buffalo Wild Wings! LOVELOVELOVE it. That being said I will never go back to this location. I was excited to try braintree… It’s in the mall… I love the mall, see where I’m going here? Anyway this location was GROSS! I was in the first booth right next to the door. There were fruit flies every where. GROSS. The service was truly awful, waiting 30 minutes everytime we wanted our waitress. Even our food took FOREVER. I mean we ordered boneless wings… I can’t imagine that takes you too long, its seriously your name sake? Anyway if you want your BWW fix go to Brockton.

I have been here twice and each time have gotten ridiculously horrible and very slow service. The glasses taste dirty. Don’t eat here.

I never ate at the restaurant, only ordered takeout. The food is ok and they have a wide variety of sauce options… but the takeout service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Not once have I ever gone home with what I exactly ordered. Not only that but I’ve always had to wait ½ hour or more for my food so it’s not convenient for people who are actually ordering«takeout» with the expectation of little to no waiting. I had high hopes for this place but the reality is that the staff is extremely incompetent and that is why the restaurant suffers as a whole.

I just don’t understand how on a Saturday at 5:00 pm with an NFL playoff game that they can put only one bartender on duty. Besides the terrible service, does management not get this this is the Profit Center? The wings bring you in so you can drink from the profit center. With one bartender for a place this large its a recipe for unhappy customers like me. Clueless managers that don’t grasp the concept of superior service keeps folks coming back. Good luck if you come here.

Sat at bar on a Saturday afternoon for college bowl games, quick service, pretty quiet as it was an odd hour. They were out of 2 out of 6 IPAs on tap. Ordered the wife boneless, got me some super spicy regular wings which were good. Food came out both bone-in, sent wifes back, manager comes out 10 min later and advises they are out of boneless and are going to get more. Really, you ran out of chicken? Thats inexcusable. Check please!

I love the chain, but for some reason this location has not been up to par. I tried this place several times hoping it was a fluke. It is run very poorly. The food is always cold and service is slow.

Went here on a Saturday late afternoon with family to try it, never been. Wasn’t too busy, we were seated in about 25 min. We ordered burgers and boneless wings and they reminded me of the food you get at an amusement park along with the inflated price. The server was nice but the food was not good at all but I can say I tried it. Would not go back.

Basically no sauce on the boneless wings. Slow. Forgot to bring celery. Loud. Disappointing because I’ve had better experiences at other locations.

First time here watching UFCPPV Rousey vs Holly. Beer isn’t over price, but the counter on a busy night is nasty. Beer with no coaster or drink nap is bad cause condensation makes the counter even worst. Tried that app sampler at a different visit which was okay. That Ghost pepper wing is a great night out challenge, just have beer on hand after each bit. Will update review when i get there again for Aldo vs Mcgregor PPV fight.

The actual food here is good — so stick with takeout if you want their food. The service really is as bad as the reviews here claim. For management who might actually read through these reviews: Pay attention. The way your staff and managers deal with problems actually make it less likely your customers would surface it to you. Instead, your customers just won’t come back. Perhaps this is why your location was half-dead on a Friday night, already. I’ve been to this location about 5 times now since they’ve opened. My kids love it because they play games on the tablets while we wait, but the service has consistently gotten worse since opening. This last time was absolutely shameful, and we will not be going back. Our food took over 45 minutes to arrive — not quite an hour, but I saw other customers come, order, eat, ANDLEAVE, before we got our food. Further, the food for our kids was wrong, and they flat-out canceled our order for an appetizer without asking us. We specifically ordered the non-breaded chicken strips for our kids, and had briefly discussed the no-breading thing and the difference vs regular w/the waitress. Our waitress actually acknowledged this ASSHESETTHEMDOWNATTHETABLE. «Oh, those aren’t the naked chicken strips». This might be forgivable if she had not said(when we asked 10 minutes earlier if she could check on our food), that she had seen them putting together our order. You didn’t think to check to make sure it was what we ordered? And I do not believe it was the kitchen’s fault. Our server almost certainly just put the wrong thing in.(In fairness, she was probably distracted — her friend was sitting in our section having a soda for most of our stay, and she did come by to chat with him quite a bit). I also come to the conclusion that the kitchen was not at fault because she also gave away our appetizer to another table and had to bring the(replacement) appetizer out later, AFTER our meal. We had an allergy question regarding the appetizer — but we made it clear we wanted the order anyway, since the rest of us at the table would eat it regardless, since only one of us was affected by an allergy issue. We interacted at least three times regarding the appetizer. At no time did we cancel our order. Her explanation? «Oh, we figured you just didn’t want it ANDGAVEITTOANOTHERTABLE». We specifically said we *did* want it, we just wanted our questions answered. But yeah, the detail of giving our food(when we were pretty hungry by then) to another table? You might want to keep that detail to yourself. I want to echo what another reviewer said regarding how they seem to deal with poor service at this location, because it was exactly our experience — and it is not okay.(Actually, our experience was worse, because the follow-through wasn’t even there). When our kids’ order was wrong, she offered to «take it off» the check. We said something to the effect of «okay», but this seemed surprising. No, we weren’t angling for free food. It also didn’t fix the fact that our kids still had to wait another 15 minutes to eat.(We wound up sharing our own food with the kids because they were so hungry by then). To add insult to injury, however, our server didn’t even make good on this promise. We did get the(already discounted — «appy hour») appetizer free, apparently, for some unexplained reason. But by even making the offer, it seemed to tilt the scales of any complaint regarding service. I didn’t want free food. I wanted a meal where my young kids were taken care of and the server actually gave a minor bit of effort to get our order right and in a timely fashion. Actually, this reminds me — she also didn’t remember my beer order. She had to come back and ask me when she brought everyone else’s drink. Ugh. So no, I didn’t bring this up to a manager. We just wanted to feed our kids and hurry up to get them home for bed. tl;dr — terrible service, management that isn’t paying attention — don’t come here.

I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings and was excited to hear that they opened one so close to the city! If it’s your first time there, make sure to ask if you try their sauces before getting them, they have so many options which means they’ll have something everyone will like, but the selection might be intimidating to choose from. BWW is also great for watching sports and playing trivia/poker with your friends using their handheld game«tablets.» If you’re not a sports fan, make sure to ask your server for one, so you can have friendly competition with people at your table as well as other people in the restaurant.

This place is an actual joke! I want to start of by saying I like BWW. Cheap bar food, good drinks, good wings. I have been to this location before and have had pretty decent service, food etc. Last night is why I will not be going back again. My friend and I were in on a Sunday night at around 9pm. Our waitress alyssa took about 20 minutes between taking our drink order(we also ordered and appetizer), and taking our food order. Keep in mind this restaurant is completely dead has maybe 4 other tables also another server on. We contemplated walking out more than once. The only thing that kept us in our seats was that we were starving, and that maybe alyssa was genuinely busy and could redeem herself(we’re nice people!). Our appetizer came out took a little bit long for just fried jalapeño poppers, but they were good and held us over for a while. We waited about 40 minutes from the time we ordered our food, until we got it on our table(keep in mind we waited 20 minutes to order it). Alyssa also failed to mention why our food was taking so long, or be attentive whatsoever. What threw us over the edge was that our meals(2 burgers which should take 20 minutes tops) were cold and rock hard like they had been sitting out for 25 minutes. I hate to ask for a manager cause it’s a little embarrassing, and just a not fun experience. When the manager came to the table he looked like he didn’t want to deal with it/he’s done this before. I started off by saying I was unhappy that I had to wait 40 minutes for cold food. His first response before apologizing was«I can take the sandwiches off the bill». No ‘I’m so sorry’, ‘Id like to make it better’, it was just not how a restaurant manger should act. He was making us feel like we were trying to get free food which was not the case. I went on to tell him how our server was inattentive and how I have never had worse service in my life in an empty restaurant. He was so awkward about it and hardly made eye contact. He later comped our entire meal, which we appreciated because who wants to spend their money on bad service and bad food. But was acting like we were a nuisance to him. If you’re thinking about coming here I would recommend you go to McDonalds instead, or just eat that can of beans that’s been sitting in your pantry since the Clinton administration you are better off!

I was excited they opened a Buffalo Wild Wings in the area. The staff was pretty nice and I was kind of surprised there weren’t more people there. They had someone come and have us taste some of the sauces before we ordered which I liked. The wings were great-we got honey bbq and garlic Parmesan boneless and the fried pickles were some of the best I’ve had. I was a little put off by the lack of plates or real china. The queso dip came in a paper bowl and when I asked for a plate so I could cut the boneless wings, our server brought us little paper containers. It made it super hard to eat.

WOW! Super bad ratings at this location already BUT I will add to that with my horrible experience! I don’t think this place can get any worse than it already has. Buffalo Wild is right, Wild Animals of a staff! I am upset with this place that I can’t even think nice for it. You need to either trained your staff and services to be upright or shut down(the place now). About a month ago, I was walking in the mall and there was a person passing coupons out to Buffalo Wild Wings. And on it, says 50% off entire parties meals. I didn’t think anything of it and dropped it in my bag. It sat under my bag for a while close to the expired date which was May 30th, 2015. So on May 29th I decided to go and try out this new location at South Shore Plaza Mall in Braintree. –Long story short…- SERVICE/WAITER: I had mentioned my coupon upon ordering and that I will always be smart about. So the waiter took it and says it was accepted then I proceed to my orders. When the bill came the discount was not taken off. The waiter then says I’ll be right back with the correct bill. In my waiter’s place another server came by and says that this coupon was a FAKE. They cannot do anything about it. I was stunned and said what you mean FAKE??? She says there it happens and she doesn’t know why. I’m sitting here in anger that I was tricked and she can’t compromise to calm a customer down. I even said to her I will not be coming back because I felt deceived. She didn’t care. .DIDNOTCARED! I AMDISGUSTEDWITHTHISPLACE. POOREXPERIENCE: They spilled my entire glass of water to the floor. Forgot my lemon I had requested when taken my drink order. Ordered a beer and served in a really dirty and stained glass. Did not find out to be sure if the coupon is active before letting the customer think otherwise. I felt deceived and tricked, to let me go through with ordering based on thinking I had a discount. And surely did not compromise or showed sincerity for the customer on coming back. LASTLY: I will also be another customer that will not be returning! Why? I care less for the food since it’s just simple dishes. BUT because the service is most important to a humble experience at any restaurant and this one lacks terribly!

It would be 1 star if they didn’t have the little trivia consoles here. I love trivia, so that is worth something to me. Not sure it’s enough to bring me back though. The TV speakers were so loud here, even the bartender couldn’t hear half of what we ordered. And it was just a quiet, slow weekday evening. Even in the bathrooms and at the front entrance the speakers were so loud we were wincing. The food wasn’t very good either. Nachos were disappointing from the cheez-wiz-ish sauce to the gross salsa. The wings were so-so, nothing amazing. Service wasn’t good, didn’t see a smile from start to finish.

Came here for a late night date night with hubby. The restaurant had a nice crowd and there was no wait. The waitress came promptly and took our drink orders and was very patient with us as we perused the menu. We opted for wings and a screaming nacho burger. I tried the mango habanero and blazin sauces while hubby got the milder hot and spicy garlic sauces for the wings. The wings were good and the blazin was hot! I have found few places that can make wings that spicy for me and I love that I can find this spice level here. Hubby enjoyed the wings too and really liked the spicy garlic sauce. It reminded him of the korean fried chicken places we used to frequent in NYC. The burger was good but I didn’t think there was much kick in it. Overall a good experience and will come back for more blazin hot wings.

Overall Grade: 3.5 Stars(But Unilocal does not allow it) Sauces, selection and taste: 4 Stars Asian Sesame, Spicy Garlic, and Jalapeño were excellent. Draft Variety: 4 Stars Seadog blueberry and many others(Newcastle, Honkers…), $ 6.50. The House brew is good but should be cheaper(Gamechanger ?), it was also $ 6.50 like a name brand. Coops House brew is also quite good but is also way cheaper than name brands. Captain(Ebony), free sauce tasting in advance of ordering: 3.75 Stars It is kind of up close and personal the way the«Captain» comes to one’s table, sort of like the folks at the defunct Outback in Quincy would kneel down at one’s table. The«shot» of beer to try, for which they carded even our ancient selves, was hamster sized. The amount of fries provided to try the sauces was also minimal, but I am still glad they did it, as the Jalapeño I was going to order was quite good, but Asian Sesame and Spicy Garlic were better. Ebony did a very good job in her role as «up close and personal», although maybe we found it a little uncomfortable, and maybe she did too, that is her job. She can change the TV channels for you, all sorts of things, a Concierge of sorts. Snack sized boneless wings and fries: 3 Stars No sweet spot there. «Chicken salad», greens with chicken: 4 Stars Having tasted it in advance, I selected the Spicy Garlic, which is very good. Amount of chicken was fair, greens were good. Odd number of walking around staff: 2 Stars I did appreciate that two managers came by and checked in on us, but there were a few other folks also walking around, not wait staff, not floor managers, I could not make out their function, it was kind of strange, as a ratio to actual staff performing a service. They seemed like prison wardens or something, it was weird. Place to watch a game: 4 Stars Excellent TV situation, not a very cheap place to get your brew on though. So yet gain I say, Unilocal needs to allow fractional scores, as the aggregate scores appear that way, ie a place can average a 3.5 and that will affect a person’s decision to go or not. Since I have to choose a 3 or a 4 here, I will say that«Yay I am a Fan» for the really good sauces and draft selections, and we will go back.

Beer and wings, how better can I get? …Anyways… I was excited about a Buffalo Wild Wings opening up in Braintree. Better yet at the South Shore Plaza. So of course I decided to give the restaurant a visit on opening day(mainly because I received a ‘free wings’ coupon in the mail.) The restaurant itself is connected to the mall, which is convenient for shoppers as well as local residents. As we walked in, I was shocked to see it wasn’t as packed as I thought it would be. The restaurant in general is a lot smaller in size compared to the well-known Buffalo Wild Wings in Brockton. The biggest difference was definitely the interior design. It has a pub-ish atmosphere with a decent sized bar right in the middle. The booths and tables surrounds the bar and you definitely can’t miss the 20+ gigantic flat screen tv’s all around. Look left, right, in front, behind you, there won’t not be a tv. Overall the appearance and interior design was nice. *QUICKRANT* As you get seated, you are a handed a little ipad-like tablet to play games on. The first thought that came to my mind was, «wow this is what technology has done to society.» This might sound personal(it’s not), but seriously… why can’t two people go out for a nice dinner and enjoy each other’s company without a phone or tablet in their hands the whole time? This isn’t just about Buffalo Wild Wings, but any restaurant that believes in providing customers with electronics to keep them entertained. The first ten minutes at our table, at least four different ‘servers/captains’ came over to greet us. There might’ve been more than four, but I lost count. I get it was opening day and they want to make sure to leave a good impression, but do you think each table needs to be greeted multiple times?(not to mention all the other managers that stopped by during our meal.) Our legitimate server was actually very pleasant and it was clear she did not have a lack of the food knowledge. She informed us that we could sample whatever sauce we’d like from their extensive list of sauces. We ordered the snack sized wings, popcorn shrimp and potato wedges with the cilantro lime sauce. The food and service was great overall, I plan on returning when the time is right(when I’m in the food for beer and wings.)
